They did a lousy job. We complained to them, with no satisfaction. They sent out the flooring people to look at it, didn't have any comment. Again sent out an independent evaluator supposed to get back to us in two week, never got back to us. Tried to contact Emmons and the phone has been disconnected. Very very unsatisfactory.

We bought the flooring elsewhere and hired them to install the flooring
in our basement. They were quick, professional, very friendly and went
above and beyond. They even fixed a part of our loose carpet in our

Arrived for estimated on time. Provided written estimate with breakdowns for other possible jobs. Started and completed as expected. Worked around a water leak I was dealing with. Were neat and cleaned up every dat, even asking if it was alright to leave carpet and tools overnight. Would use again and recommend without reservatio
