Great. Old pump went out during heavy rain so my basement was flooded. Came out the next day checked the pump and promptly replace. I have used them before and they always do great work and a fair price!

Quick and easy. The arches had tilted with the weight of the plants. I called Eleazar and he decided how he would do it, then came out in a couple of days. Without disturbing the plantings around these arches, they were able to set the arches in concrete footings so that they would be more stable. They installed some poles and cords to hold the arches vertical until the concrete dried, then returned the next day to pick them up. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived.

This was great. The crew was hardworking and cheerful. They removed the clumsy shelf (15' long x 5' deep) and the tool hangers from the 1936 garage that hadn't been painted or remodeled since then. Then they skimcoated the interior, which included a 2'x3' patch and a 1'x3' repair. They painted with exterior paint and installed new formica shelves that are much more useful, as well as a new tool hanging system. My garage is much easier on the eyes now. Project took about 2 weeks, mainly because it got very cold after they started, which slowed the drying process for the joint compound and the paint.

Great job from all 3 members of the crew. I would definitely use this company again.

Mr Hernandez responded to our initial call. He came out and provided us an estimate in a timely manner. He told us when he would come back to do the repairs and the work was completed in the time frame he gave us. We really appreciated his dependability.

The painter arrived on time, quickly reviewed the job and began with no delay. Not only did he do a Quality job, but he was one of the most productive contractors we have ever used. I had a hard time getting him to take even a brief break. The job required 2 coats so took a little longer then the '5 Hr Offer'; but he gave me an estimate of the additional time and he finished the job in less time then he estimated. We would use Emarias again and have recommended them to our Daughter. RTM: Martinsville, IN

Emarias Group was very professional. Arrived on time. Cleaned up after themselves and finished project ahead of time. The only negative criticism I would have is once crew arrived onsite the job price was slightly higher than quoted because they were unware that an additional step was needed to complete job. I'd recommend Emarias Group perhaps visits each potential site before giving a quote so that there are no surprises. Honestly in the big picture of things this was a small setback and the experience overall was a solid A. I definitely would recommend Emarias Group and would hire them again if a future need arises. Very pleased with the job.

Great! Eliazar diagnoses the needed fixes based on what is most cost effective and what will be the best repair over the long run. He checked all the projects I asked, he made recommendations on how to proceed in each case, gave cost estimates for each when I asked for individual estimates, and scheduled the work we agreed to have done. His team came to do the work and he told them exactly what they needed to do. They completed the work perfectly and were even happy to add one additional small project at the last minute.
They did an excellent job on each project.

More importantly, we have called Elizar at least 10 or more times since we have owned our current house in the last year and a half. We had a number of problems with shoddy work done by others on our home renovation and he has
Fixed a lot of it and recommended how we could minimize costs every step of the way. He has done so much work at our house that he has met and also worked for many other homeowners on our street. He is a genuinely trusted person in our lives, which is not something we can say about many we have worked with. He has great integrity, and is very sweet and understanding with our son, working around his naptimes, etc. I just can't recommd Eliazar highly enough.

Absolutely perfect!  I have renovated three antique homes before this one and have never had a contractor like Eleazar and the Emarias Group before.  They were very reasonably priced, stayed on budget, always arrived when expected, did the best quality work I have ever had, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and even brought me lunch on occasion!  I found I could trust Eleazar and his group completely, so much so that they often worked inside the house when I was out of state.

I initially made contact with Eleazar when another home in my area was being renovated.  I was able to observe daily the differences between the Emarias crew and the rest of the contractors on site.  I know that this home owner eventually booted everyone else and now uses Emarias exclusively.

At my recommendation, four of my neighbors had their homes painted by Emarias.  One neighbor also had a bathroom remodel done.  All are Eleazar and Emarias Group devotees now!
