We have used Bill Elson for several years. But this is the first time I have written a review for his company. I decided it was about time since he has always given us wonderful service. He is professional and always returns his calls within in the same day. Even if it's after hours or he's on vacation. Bill Elson is the type of business owner that takes great pride in his work and expects the same out of his employees!

I have used their services for years and they are very reliable.  They do not increase their prices a lot, but still do a good job.  The only drawback is that, they do not return calls efficiently.  I will continue to use their services in future.

It went very well.

I usually call two times a year for cleaning services. Mike usually comes within two weeks. Occasionally, I have had to call two times.

I think he does a good job but the cost seems a little high.

Called in response to my e-mail and said he would come the next day. He did so and was able to fix the problem.

I found small leaks at corner of the gutter during rain after his first clean and repair. I left message on his voice mail and wasn't sure if he was going to take care of it. He called me back after a couple of weeks telling me he had already fixed the leaks. He is a reliable person.

Called for estimate, he came when promised, gave estimate, we called later and said we wanted him to do it. Told him to put us on his schedule and whenever he got to it, weather permitting, etc., was fine. He did a good job.

The job was completed quickly and efficiently.

I called Mike Elson and he called me right back. I asked him to come out and give me an estimate on the job. I asked him to clean the gutters first and then sit and discuss with me how much it was going to cost to have the gutters covered. Mike did a very nice, thorough, and beautiful job cleaning my gutters and the roofs. My only issue was between cleaning and covering was the three weeks time it took for him to come back out and discuss covering the gutters. Within that three weeks time, he wanted to clean them again and charge me to clean them. I told him I was not going to pay him to clean them again, but I did want him to clean them again. However, he did negotiate with me and agreed to clean the gutters without me having to to pay to have them cleaned. He did end up cleaning them again and installed the gutter covers. He did a great job installing the covers. He also did a great job re-routing one of my downspouts. He took personal ownership of the quality of the job.

It was raining a little when he got to my house around 330 pm but he still went ahead and did the job. He did not budget his time well because he finished 3 hours later and it was kind of dark. He probably should have come back another day since it took him longer than he thought it would. I did not like the way he left large gouges in the grass from his ladders or the way he dragged the ladders along the gutters while trying to reposition them.

I liked them overall, and they did a thorough job.

Mike return my call for an estimate to clean my gutters the same day and also came to my house that evening. As he looked at my gutters he pointed out a few problem areas (like some areas the gutters were slanting away from the downspout instead of towards it) and wanted to know if I wanted those fixed if possible. He was told to fix any problem areas unless they were major problems. He and a helper arrived when promised and cleaned and repaired the problem gutters. Clean-up was excellent. I am planning on using Mike again and making this an annual maintenance item.

They were unable to make the first appointment, but notified us of the schedule change. They came within one week, inspected, found no tree limbs and did not charge us. We will continue to call for annual inspection and necessary work.

He works very efficiently. He is very honest. Hire him!

I was very pleased. Once I got in touch with mike, he was quick to give me an estimate. He planned his work around my being out of town. He did a very good job with little or no mess.

Great experience. Mike called back the next day after I left the message and got the gutters cleaned within a few days. Mike has taken care of this task for me several times, and I have always had a very positive experience.

Mike did an excellent job. Came to the house for an estimate and we agreed on a price. He began the work after that. Used tarps to minimize mess.
