I used the Castleton location.  They set an expectation to be done in 3 hours and it took over 6 hours.  I didn't had a ride to take me from work to get my car and they never told me this ahead of time.  They didn't seem to care that this occurred to me.  To me this was very poor customer service.  I will never use or recommend them to others due to this.

Initially my reason for coming to Elite Auto was to install a passive keyless entry system with the push start button into 2006 Porsche Cayenne. Before purchasing this system I consulted with Elite Auto (Rob) several times and they have also contacted the manufacturer to ensure that they are able to make the installation. Eventually, they failed.
I was disappointed with the fact that they first confirmed they can do the job, but couldn't install it, but I was happy that they didn't try to do something that they were not sure they can accomplish.
Besides, they've done several other small jobs:
1. Installed LED DRLs. Not a very good installation: they glued the DRLs to the grill with epoxy. I mean it works, but it is not the best solution, from my point of view. Unfortunately, it was too late when I noticed how they affixed the DRLs, they have already been glued.
2. Replaced horn. No issues.
3. Hard wired radar to the fuse box. No issues.
4. Installed backup cam. The quality of installation was quite poor: they broke several fixtures and the camera doesn't look like and quot;factory installedand quot;, not a clean installation.
Everything that they installed works fine so far, but there were a couple of disappointments that came together with the installation:
1. They were late for a bout 2 hours, despite they have had the whole day to work on my car. When I came in the end of the day to pick it, they were half way through. I was late to important appointment in the city.
2. I had to help the mechanic to find missing spots, where he forgot to put fixtures. I believe if I was not there he will just skip them...
3. The driver side was full of metal shavings, and they cleaned them only after I asked them to do so.
4. Several fixtures were broken and / or not aligned after installation:
a panel in the trunk - broken fixture
windshield button rubber cover - one was completely broken, one was glued to look and quot;niceand quot;
front bumper plastic clips - 2 were missing (they said they were missing when the car came into the shop, but I don't remember that anything was missing under the hood), the bumper itself was not aligned well
side parking markers - not aligned
And last but not least. After I've picked my car, the drive shaft was broken. It is a major part that delivers the power from the engine to the rear wheels and it is doubtful to break out of a sudden. I had to replace it. Maybe it is just an unlucky coincidence, but I can imagine they they raced my car and that's why they were late. They proposed me to race with them while I was dropping the car for the job, so I believe that somebody could resist the temptation to race the vehicle and they broke it. But this is just my opinion.
Conclusion: the installation was not clean and thorough. It seems like they've been in a rush or just didn't care or hoped I will not notice missed/broken parts. As a result, I don't feel that they did a high quality job and wouldn't recommend this workshop for those who have something more complicated than 5 year old Chevy or GM. Elite Auto doesn't specialize in European brands and they are not careful enough to learn them before the car comes in.

Rob @ Elite auto has done extensive work on my Harley Davidson. They installed a fantastic audio system in my Harley a year ago along with paint / powder coat / parts installation. I got caught in heavy rain a couple of weeks ago and my radio got drenched and started acting up after I let it dry out. I called Rob and he got the bike in promptly. They removed the fairing and replaced the radio, along with fitting it with a waterproof cover. Steve did a great job on the removal and reinstall - it rocks.
Rob and his crew do fantastic work and can help you create your one off custom Harley.
