Description of Work: We have had an exceptional experience working with Holmes Roofing, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. We were in need of a new roof after our home sustained some storm damage. We met with several roofing companies, and did not hesitate to hire Holmes Roofing. The work was quickly and professionally completed. We signed the contract on a Wednesday, and the work was completed by Thursday evening! From our first meeting to the last inspection and clean up, Holmes Roofing personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. Holmes Roofing was truly concerned with ensuring that we received excellent service, quality products, and as little disruption to our lives as possible. This was evident in their help picking the products that would complement our house the best, working with the insurance company, and their time and effort cleaning up the property. We received a very good quality, and reasonably priced roof with three dimensional shingles that makes our house even more beautiful than before. We have already recommended Holmes Roofing twice, and will again!

Description of Work: They were to do a roof inspection and seal around the chimney and vents for the $99. That turned out to be over $200 because he said he did more that want the $99 covered. He did not tell me before but after he did the job handed me the bill.

Description of Work: Inspected roof and replaced shingles. Went well. I didn't need to be home. Repairs were made and bill left with cost above the amount of the deal.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 roof inspection. The gentleman was very nice and professional. He was able to fit in the inspection very quickly. He did find a minor problem and was able to schedule his guys in right away and completed the repair as promised. I was charged an extra $150 dollars due to having a steep roof. I don't remember seeing that in the fine print, but it could have been.

Description of Work: We were very pleased and would highly recommend Holmes Roofing for any roofing needs. They put our new roof on in one day. They were efficient and neat. The clean up was so good you didn't know that they were there. Someone from the work crew showed up the next day to do a final walk around to check for any nails or other materials in the yard. The material and labor were reasonablely priced.
