I am not sure why all of the other negative comments. So far to date everyone has been extremely responsive and professional. Cindy and Karla in the office are great. I have met Edward himself and he is fabulous.

I think that they do a very good job. I have had a lot of leaks with my 20 year old system and they have fixed them.

Overall the finished product was reasonable, however getting there left some to be desired. In February of 2013 I contacted Edward to install an irrigation system. Several days later after losing my contact information Edward called me back and gave a rough time to arrive at my house to write an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and put half down on a irrigation system tentatively to be installed in early April.
Randomly in middle of May without any notice his crew showed up to begin the installation. His crew spent three 4 hr days randomnly coming and leaving. There was never an introduction or a overview of what work they would be doing and the timeline. On the first day of installation their trencher blew a hydraulic hose emptying gallons of hydraulic fluid into my yard which took 3 months to get the soil suitible enough for grass to grow again.
On the final day of installation the crew left never explaining how to operate the irrigation system. Fortunately I knew enough and was curious enough to set up the timer and spray direction. Edwards contacted me several weeks later to schedule to set the timer for me. I turned down his offer based upon his previous unreliability to meet a schedule.
Overall, the work was ok but the front end of the business is incredibly unorganized and signifigantly lacks communication. Based on this I would not recommend Edwards irrigation to someone else. With an irrigation system what you are mostly paying for is the labor. The installation for my $3900 system, there is about $1500 in actual parts:heads, valves, pvc, and the timer. I expected better customer service.

When my husband and I had this house built the vendor who installed the irrigation system turned out to unresponsive and totally unreliable. Needing to have back flow testing and system start up/ shut down we needed someone responsible. Another neighbor recommended Edward's and we have used them since 2006 without a single complaint. They installed irrigation in the backyard a couple of years after we moved in. Last year they installed a rain sensor to help us save on our water bill. They do the repairs and all the scheduled maintenance. This time I called on Friday afternoon and they were here Monday at noon. They are professional and courteous. Today while repairing the damaged line they noticed another sprinkler head not working properly and fixed that as well. Edward's is one of only 2 vendors that I feel comfortable calling to do a job without an estimate knowing that the price will be fair and the job will be done right.

The service is good. They do quality work. The quality of repair and installation is good. They are not the cheapest and not the expensive either. You can speak with the owner directly which is nice cause he gets involved.

It was a positive experience for us, Ed called several times to schedule the best time to meet with us. He worked his schedule along with our availability, walked the entire lawn with us as we explained and described what we wanted and needed. We were very informative as to the look we had previously had for our yard and wanted to return to that appearance, without dragging the water hose all over the yard. He educated as us to the best location for the water system, questioned the location for the timer and immediately diagnosed problem with the front yard and method for correcting the problem, resulting in a beautiful lawn in the Spring of 2013. He and his crew arrived timely, had several full days of work to accomplish the task, has returned couple different times to update us as to what the next step was and what still needs completion. He was quick to explain that he would periodically check on the lawn and would continue to give us guidance for further improvement next Spring and is always available for comments and questions. The irrigation system is working beautifully, we have observed the direction of the water flow to ensure our perennial plants are currently getting water and have walked the entire lawn to ensure everything is working as he explained to us. The front lawn has been seeded and will need to apply another round of appropriate seed next Spring and Ed has assured us he will call and schedule that with us. It was a positive experience for us and the price was more than reasonable for all the work needing completed. He added some other tasks in the price that would enhance our front lawn and wanted to ensure it met with our approval. We would definitely recommend this company to other customers.

The company called me couple days before the installation. Mr. Edward and his crews show up on time that Saturday they work until pass noon time and let me know they will be back on Monday. His crew left the trench machine in front yard during the weekend. They came back to work on the project all day Monday and finish the installation on Tuesday afternoon. His crew made all the adjustment on the sprinkler heads and test run each zone, it works perfectly fine. Estimate were 11 zones but end up with 13 zones without charge me extra. His crews were friendly. The only negative was that it was kind of rush during the adjustment and test run as Mr. Edward need to go to another appointment. I also mention to him that his crews should place some safety netting and cones around the trench machine as neighbors children were running around the area.I did have a leakage found after few weeks as my wife was wondering two heads were always wet. Called the office and left message, within one day, his office call me back and set up an appointment within two days in the morning. His crews came by to fix the problem. It was a small pebble stuck in one of the valve.Over all my wife and I are happy with our irrigation system and by comparing with other company it was well within our budget.

He never came back after he installed the sprinkler system. It wasn't working. He never returned my calls or emails. He sold me on the fact that he would double check on everything, which he isn't doing. He would open it up in the spring and blow it out in the fall. When I had the problems with it within the week, he wouldn't respond back. When I finally got ahold of him, he wouldn't talk to me. I've gotten things fixed with other companies and I had to pay an extra fee to that company, when he could have serviced this for me. He put two flower beds in my yard and didn't do them correctly. Two of the beds were on the same zone. I ended up with 3, instead of the 4 or 5 he promised. The sunny areas need more water than the shaded one. This expensive pump is under warranty and it stopped working. The company I used after he wouldn't return my calls can't fix this. I'm looking to have to pay a lot of money to get a new system that the new company can fix. He also gave me a used filter that was on the shelf in his store. That could also be an issue with what is going on. I just want my warranty information!

Edward was very up front with us about the quality of the products he uses, the workmanship of his company and the time frame. He had excellent communication during the process. He was on site a couple of time to check out the situation. All of the employees that I worked with were professional and friendly. The irrigation system is working great!

I will start by saying the owner, Edward, was very kind and helpful in the beginning. He was referred to us by our builders. The crew put our Irrigation system in on a very hot day last summer. I even made sure they had drinks when they were finished as a friendly gesture. I noticed a few days later that our cable line was cut, there were multiple holes drilled into our concrete where they attempted to put the electrical line through our garage, and there were cigarette butts all over our yard. I contacted Edward immediately and left a message on his cell phone. I waited a few days with no response. I contacted the office and spoke with a gentlemen to inform him of these issues. He stated he would have the issues taken care of. I never received a visit or heard back from them. I attempted to leave more messages for Edward, but his voicemail was constantly full after that. But I felt since he had one voicemail to his personal line and a message left at the office, he would get back with me. This went on for a few weeks so finally I checked to see if my payment had been processed. It had not, so I put a stop on the check. A week or so later I get a very angry call from Edward stating my check had not gone through. I told him I put a stop on the check and he just started yelling at me. He didn't even ask me why or give me the opportunity to explain why! After a few nasty remarks I asked him to at least listen to me so he could understand why I proceeded the way I did. Once I explained the issues and lack of response, he retorted with he was in the hospital. I informed him that his company knew of these issues and did nothing. After he settled down with a better understanding he did take action and stated he would pay for a mason to fix the holes and discuss the cigarette issue with is employees. This was completely acceptable with me. We both ended the conversation content and calm. A few weeks later I noticed water was constantly running in my front yard in multiple areas even when the irrigation system was off. I contacted Edward and left a message. A typical response when he returned a phone call was 1) he doesn't check the message 2) he just calls back and says "who's this?" What professional does that? What happened to "Hi, this is so and so... you just called, how can I help you?" Well, THREE days later, after my water had been running that whole time, his crew came out and fixed some of the issue. There was a rock in the line. Well, after that I noticed that water was still coming out of a lot of the heads after the irrigation system was off. I contacted him again. They said that it was due gravity and the fact that the heads were on a hill and that was considered normal. I didn't think it was normal, but I let it go for a while. I contacted them two more times and finally they came back out. The crew was very polite, but again stated it was due to gravity. I asked "Isn't there a valve or something inside of it that keeps the water contained when the system turns off"? They said no. It seemed really weird to me, but what do I know about irrigation? So I left it as that. Come Spring 2012 I had another Irrigation company turn my system on. At this time the gentlemen told me the wrong heads were put on throughout my yard, causing water to leak out when the system is off. He said eventually I will get a lot of erosion if I don't put the proper heads on. I told him what Edward's crew told me and he said that that is not true, that there are heads with valves in them that cut the water off when the system is turned off. He recommended me calling Edward to have them fixed because it should be under warranty. I contacted Edward and told him that I had the system turned on and the guy stated there were incorrect heads placed throughout my yard. He interrupted me and said "Well, you know that voids your warranty". I told him I contacted him multiple times last year about this issue and they stated it was gravity! He then literally went off on me!!! He started yelling at me saying that everyone says I am hard to work with (meaning my builders, etc.) I told him he has no clue the disaster of experience I have had with my builders and he has no right to judge me when he doesn't know what we went through. My experience with our builder has caused so much pain, anxiety and depression. The list of issues with the builder is so long that we have to turn it over to lawyers. He then claimed that he wasn't judging me, that that was just what everyone was saying. I never once told him that the other Irrigation company told me that his company was known for taking short cuts so they can cut cost in order to give low bids to get more jobs. That is just not professional nor right. What I did tell him was I would gladly take him for coffee or dinner to tell him everything we have been through with our builders so THEN he can judge me (even though he wasn't judging me). After the conversion was diffused, he then stated that the company that told me the heads were wrong was an idiot and didn't know anything. He stated he would come check the system out himself to make sure there were no rocks in them again, but it would be a few weeks. Within those few weeks I noticed we were having a major water issue in our back yard around our patio. Water was pooling all around it and there were major cracks occurring in the concrete. I turned off the irrigation to see if that would help. Two weeks goes by and the water is still there and it has been extremely hot out, so the water should have evaporated. I dug around the irrigation heads where the water was pooling and sure enough they were leaking and one of the pipe lines was cut. I called him 5/30/12 to tell him my of the leak. He kindly called me back within a couple of days and stated he would be out on 6/5/12 from 11-2. Well, I waited all day for someone to come out and no one showed or called. After the no show or call from Edward or anyone within his company I called Lawn Irrigation and Landscape Lighting to fix the issues. They were very professional, kind, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. It has been a week since the new heads have been changed and the leak has been fixed. I have had no water leaking since thanks to Lawn Irrigation and Landscape Lighting. I have never had anyone treat me the way Edward treated me! I would never recommend anyone who 1) claims to be a Christian and still treats others as he treated me, 2) doesn't follow up on his word, 3) passes judgement and treats others poorly based on situations he had no involvement in. I have never treated him with disrespect (although he felt very disrespected when I told him the other landscape company said he installed the wrong heads. For that I apologized for if it offended him), talked bad about him or his company to other professionals, nor did I tell him what other people were saying about him. I would never disrespect or treat someone who is paying for my service the way Edward has myself.

Everything went great! The whole crew should up on time each day, and on the first day a few of the crew stayed late to do some more work. Me and my husband are excited with how everything turned out. From start to finish I put my trust into Edward and his crew to do the work at our house.

Edward's is very professional. Their project manager, Cindy, is very responsive, returns calls promptly, and sets appointments. They arrive on time, give all costs associated with any repairs or service performed, and are quick and efficient in performing their services.

We have used Edward's since he started his own irrigation service, primarily because of his dedication and honesty. When we first built our home in 1998, the irrigation company that installed our system did not complete the job. We moved in in January of 1999, so spring came, the lawn was seeded, and we called to start the system for the first time. When they came to start the system, Edward was the project manager. He found that a couple of zones were neither completed or connected. He came back on his own to complete the job to our satisfaction, despite his boss's disapproval.

He is a great guy, very honest. We have always found his rates to be very competitive, in fact on the low side. If there are problems with a repair or things are not to our liking, they respond immediately.

He worked real well with us. He was reasonably priced. He showed up when he said that he would. He got the work done when he said that he would also. He would answer his phone when we called him.
