They're reliable, efficient and their service department is clean. They get the work done as quoted and they have a nice customer waiting area.

I guess they're fine. They're an A. I mean, I'm not as hyped up about them as I would be about the other people that I've talked about, but they're fine. They're fine. But like I said, you're never quite sure when they recommend something do you really need it. It's like a dental procedure. You have no way of really knowing unless your tooth hurts whether you really need something. They were fine. It seemed like they fixed the problem as far as we know.

We had an Acura that we bought previous to that through them.  We went back and leased one, so we've been doing business with them for like six years.

It was fine. I think they might be a little more expensive than the others. They were backed up and their hours were not very good. They could not take me when I needed my car serviced. So then I decided I would look online to see what other dealerships were around, and I found another company. I found that I could scheduled online for my appointments. They have always been good about getting it done on time. I would use them again if they cold take me. If not I will go somewhere else.

I went to have new tires put on my car. They did a great job. I had Michelin Defenders put on. The Sales person even took $400 off of the job because they should have been put on there when I had originally bought it from them.

Everything went fine. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. I waited in the lobby for them to finish, which is comfortable. It took about 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish. I bought my car from here, and have been going here for about 6 years. I get the synthetic oil, so the prices are a little higher.

I've never had an issue with them. They are wonderful. They just are one of the most professional car dealers I've ever dealt with. I work in the industry so its one of those things where I deal with people every single day and these guys are just honest. I work in a car auction. Their service department is exceptional. You get feedback phone calls and they go the extra mile. My car is not under warranty any longer but they always provide a loaner car if they are going to be keeping my car the whole day. They go above and beyond any dealership I've ever dealt with. They try to accommodate me and not only that but level the rates that they have. Its considered a luxury car dealership but the prices are still very affordable.

I don't know if it was a fair price because I have never done it before. My only issue there is that it took 2 trips to get the issue fixed. It seemed expensive. I had to take it in twice because the first time it was not fixed.
