I HAVE ALSO USED HIM IN THE PAST FOR ROTTED SOFFIT REPAIR. HE IS VERY REASONABLE. HE STAYS WITHIN HIS ESTIMATE. HE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. HE CLEANS UP VERY WELL AFTER HIS WORK. HE IS PUNCTUAL. WE ARE VERY WELL SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK.
