ECONOMY PLUMBING SUPPLY

Aftrer attempting to fix a shower problem myself resulting in breakage of said shower handle and mixer cartridge, I watched you tube videos to fix and ordered parts online...same results! Drove down to Economy plumbing and brought parts with me to discuss and get advice on what i might be doing wrong and overlooking. Associate there listened and offered guidance and advice to do repairs which i was finally able to do successfully. Everything works!

Mary helped me with a solution for a half-done bad job from another
supplier.  She knows her stuff and his extremely helpful.  Make sure you
catch her when she has time because she stays busy.  We've used Economy
before for my husbands bathroom bath/toilet/shower and should have gone
back to them in the first place rather than another that was
recommended by a contractor.
I picked up my order from the store.  I felt the guys behind the counter catered to the regular plumbers that are in there as customers as well.  Somewhat annoyed me.  This is the only part about Economy that I think can improve.

We were very pleased that they honored a warranty past the one year date for our self-closing toilet seat when it failed recently.

They were excellent to work with. We took a lot of their time and they were very patient and helpful during the whole process.

Overall, they have provided excellent service.

We used the store to provide information on products and a home project. The sales staff went out of their way to provide us information & helpful hints. They went the "extra step" to make sure we clearly understood what we needed and had exactly what we needed. Other plumbing supply stores were not helpful and, basically, told us there was nothing that would work and we would have to use their professional plumbers for a job that was really very easy after the right items and correct direction.

Economy always has the right parts and can assist you in determining what you will need for your plumbing repairs. I have used them for years.

I received great help from Economy Plumbing. They have a very high level of customer service. They took the time to help us find the right parts. They offer extremely good quality at a big box price. I will absolutely go back to them in the future.

The guys at the counter are very knowledgeable. I took some pictures in and showed them the problem. They grabbed the exact part I needed and explained how to do the job and everything that I would need.

They had exactly what we needed for our kitchen sink in stock. They know their stock and could tell in a minute that it wasn't possible to replace the drain plug for our 1/2 bath sink. None of the rubber plugs would fit, either. The man walked around with us to check what he had on the shelf and took all the time we needed.

We were here about 3 hours extra because of Economy's mistake. This was a particular salesman's mistake, so I will be using Economy again, but not this location.

The selection, pricing, and availability were excellent. The products are installed and look wonderful.

He is the best of the best. He has a wonderful personality. He is incredibly intelligent. He is just the consummate professional. He is fun to deal with.

THEY WERE VERY BUSY .THEY DID NOT SEEM EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. CUSTOMERS SEEMED COLD AND QUICK ON SERVICE. I MAY USE THE COMPANY AGAIN ONLY BECAUSE THE ARE THE ONLY PLACE THAT SELLS THE PART FOR MY TOILET.

MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY POSITIVE AND HELPFUL TO MEMBER! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
