Description of Work: They arrived on time and did a perfect job. I had a problem with my water heater leaking after carpet was cleaned and they had no problem coming back again to reclean a part of the carpet. How nice they are. I would use them again in a heartbeat

The owner came to clean our carpets and was extremely professional and friendly. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and we were especially pleased by the earth-friendly cleaners he used.

 + -1 moreThe cleaing process went very well. They showed up on time and promplty went to work. They made an assembly line of the chairs and pre-treated and steamed each one. We came into work on Monday and the chairs were all dry and looked great.
Description of Work: Eco Carpet Cleaning steam cleaned 47 office charis for our company on a Saturday morning. They also cleaned the back and base of each chair. They pre-treated the upholstery and then used a portable steaming and suction unit to deep clean each chair. They used plant-based cleaning products that were very effect at cleaing and disinfecting the chairs and removing stains.

 + -1 moreSuperb job. Randy arrived exactly on time and took extra care to protect furniture. Was here over 3 1/2 hours to do just the few rooms we had. I was a little skeptical at first using an eco-friendly cleaner, but was pleasantly surprised by the results. Randy only uses a plant-based biodegradable soap. After the cleaning, the carpets looked brand new, even though they are 10 years old. Randy cleaned them as if they were in his own house. Great experience, will definitely use them again. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe alternative to chemical-based cleaning.

 + 0 moreIt was great, Randy arrived exactly when he said he would, brought in his equipment, checked out the areas and then went to work. He did a great job. Most of our stains (even old ones) came out. We have many pets so I was shocked it worked as well as it did, and our love seat looks almost new again. If you are interested in an eco-friendly carpet cleaning, definitely give him a call.
