I am on automatic fill-up with them, and have a 1000 gallon tank, so I should be able to fill up once in the summer (which is cheaper than a winter fill) and not have another fill-up. Their billing practices lock you into a rate, however, even if prices drop later. They charged me $2.89 per gallon for LP, which I thought was very high. I found another company offering it at $2.10 per gallon, and when I called East Side again, they told me that they offer $2.10 per gallon fill ups for first time customers only. I explained that I could have gotten it much cheaper, and they did correct it and adjusted the price to $2.29 per gallon. However, I feel that this is price gouging, and I plan to finish this tank and find another company.
