I have never ordered a flower delivery myself before, and they made it extremely easy. I called in the morning to have the flowers delivered anytime during the day, and they were there right around PM, which was even earlier than I expected. My grandparents thought they were absolutely beautiful, and I was impressed with the ease of ordering. It was a quick and easy way to make a nice gesture, and my grandparents appreciated the colorful arrangement, which made being stuck at home sick a little more bearable. I would certainly use this florist again in the future.

Excellent job always and friendly service. I just call and tell them what I am looking for and it is handled. Their service is outstanding.

I PRICED OTHER PLACES AND THIS COMPANY HAD THE BEST PRICING. THEY TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THEY HAD ORIGINAL DESIGN IDEAS AND THE FLOWERS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. MY PARENTS USED TO BE FLORISTS, SO I REALLY APPRECIATED THE WORK THEY DID.

I TRIED TO SEE ABOUT THE DELIVERY. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE. I WAS INFORMED THEY HAD NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE DRIVERS. THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE ARGUED WITH ME IF I WOULD OR WOULD NOT BE HOME. I EXPLAINED I SHOULD BE HOME BUT IF NOT JUST LEAVE THEM ON THE FRONT STEPS. I WAS HUNG UP ON THREE TIMES. MY HUSBAND CALLED HER AND SHE LIED TO HIM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. AT NO TIME WOULD SHE PROVIDE HER NAME TO ME.

IT'S A MOM AND POP ESTABLISHMENT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS FOR ME. THEY ARE EXCELLENT ABOUT SUGGESTIONS AND/OR MODIFYING ARRANGEMENTS. ALL DELIVERIES HAVE BEEN ON TIME, AND LOOKING GORGEOUS
