Their salesman, Gary, showed up. He measured the damaged areas and went over with me our existing carpeting. The insurance company gave the quote, which covered a mediocre quality. I pleaded with Gary that my mother is struggling financially and asked if there was any way he could upgrade it. He agreed to help my mother out. The contractor was going to charge for the upgrade, but Gary stepped in and let them upgrade the carpet and pad for no charge. I visited the show room and I met the owner, Mary, and her husband, Viet. They were very down-to-earth, kind people. They let me choose whatever I want and I was very happy with this. I chose a good quality carpet and pad, as well as flooring. Their carpet installers, Ricky and Billy, worked very hard and very late to make sure the job was done correctly. They worked so hard and also moved the furniture, so I told them I would buy them lunch. I thought it was an impossible job because there was so much furniture underway. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and that I didn't have to pay extra for this. It's very sad that they do not have any reviews so far, so I wanted to make sure that I reviewed them to let other members know. They are hiding in the industrial park, they're a hidden gem. Only contractors know about them, so I wanted to let the public know.
