Steve, the owner of DuraMax, is a top notch professional! He really knows roofing! He gives great guidance and is patient to address all your concerns. He uses top quality material and he will give you a fair bid. We have known him for several years and would highly recommend his work and his company!

I was not at home when Steve showed up to inspect the house. We coordinated via the phone and text messages. Steve climbed my roof and sent pictures of the issues he found. All the issues he found were minor and he fixed them as he found them. I asked him the charge and he said there wasn't any charge since it was so minor. He did find a problem with the chimney. There is a hole in the frame and he told me up front he could not fix it, but gave me the number of someone who could. I am very impressed by Steve's professionalism and no pressure attitude. When my roof does need replacing I will be giving the work to him.

i haved used duramax in the past for large projects and trusted them. I called to see if steve parker could tell me of a reliable plumber.he came and looked at it next day and repaired it himself with the cost of just the parts, saving me the cost of a plumber and new toliet.

Out of all the estimates and contractors i went through steve was a big sigh of releif. Never kept calling me, gave me my quote and that was it. Later i contact him. He and his teem knock out the job the next day without rain. And same price as quote. There is no BS with this company.

Steve Parker of Duramax responded quickly to our concerns about a roof leak, arriving at our house only two hours after I called him. He made necessary repairs around a fireplace vent in less than an hour. A company I contacted earlier had sent a representative who didn't even go up on the roof but asked me to call him Friday after the next time it rained. After seeing the photos Steve took, I'm sure the roof would have leaked again had I waited. Steve was courteous and professional, and understanding about our concerns. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend him to friends.

It went really well. It was a smooth transactions. They came out and did and estimate, and the crew that came out to remove the old roof. Were really nice and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and even moved my flower boxes so they would not get hurt and moved them back when they were done. They guys that came out to do our gutters were really quick as well.

Done on time and efficiently.

Duramax got back to me the same day I called and was out the next day to look at the guttering. I got an estimate for the work that day which was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and told them to go ahead with the repair. The crew was out on Monday, less than a week after I had contacted Duramax, and got the majority of the work done that day. There turned out to be some additional damage that needed to be repaired that took a little longer than expected so they finished up this morning (Wednesday - it rained all day Tuesday; gutter was in place they just needed to close up the underside and clean-up). As with the work that they did on the shingled part of the roof I am delighted with the work Duramax has done.

Outstanding! From the onset of this project, Steve Parker, owner of Duramax Roofing and Construction, was very responsive from the quotation through the end of the project. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and I can say that Duramax exceeded our needs and expectations. Communication: A+, Project Scheduling: A+, Personnel/Workers: A+, Project Completion and Clean-up: A+.

Did a very good job. The owner, Steve Parker; was here everyday! He inspected our roof. Steve then came back to verify the insurance adjustment would work. He was here constantly. We had weather issues, it was 90 + degrees. He was very accommodating with our schedule. They arrived on time or early ea. day. He worked with us to get the best shingles. And they put on the rubber guard around the gutters for ice and water to keep the snow from melting and getting under the shingles. They were very, very thorough. We had just finished landscaping. He made sure to protect my landscaping and made sure the shingles didn't fall off the roof. They also removed an old furnace exhaust stack and put in a new piece of decking and shingled over it. What they thought would be a 2 day job was done in 1 day and they didn't cut any corners. We were very, very happy with them. There wasn't any down time; they worked from the moment they got here to they finished. When he found out it was my birthday; I had run some errands. When I got back, there was a cake and a card waiting for me!! That was so unexpected! Very thoughtful!

Steve came out to our house for an estimate the same day I called him. He was able to repair our roof the next day and even left us the packet of shingles he used for the repair. Quick and easy! Nice guy! Thanks Steve!

After getting several quotes from other "reputable" roofing companies in the area, I was told about Steve by a friend of mine. Not only did he get the job done in a time frame that worked around my schedule as well as the weather, but their pricing and work was excellent. Steve even called the same day after a rain went through to check in and make sure everything was good. In a time where people are usually taken advantage of, it is nice to know someone like this is in the area. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any future work.

Within  the last year, they also installed a new roof and gutters for me.

Steve Parker came out and inspected the roof and made us aware of the damage.  We contacted our insurance company and made a claim.  The adjuster scheduled a time to inspect the roof and Steve met him and worked through everything for us.  the adjuster agreed that it needed replaced.  Steve had his crew come over and replace the roof in less than a week everything was done.  The crew worked very seamlessly together.  They were very friendly and professional.  I will use them again and highly recommend Duramax Roofing to anyone that needs not only a roof as they do just about anything that would need done to a structure.

Duramax's excellent service and professionalism were exhibited from the very first contact by phone and throughout the renovation.  Steve was always prompt, listened to our concerns and responded in a satisfactory manner.  He was very reasonable in price and put up with our sometimes nitpicky standards.  His crews were always professional and worked very hard.  We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our project and would not hesitate to recommend Duramax to a friend.

I found them on Angie’s List and they did a great job. That was the only time I used them.

It went great. Steve and his crew were extremely friendly, efficient and professional. They did a great job cleaning up the property. Steve personally got in the pool to get the nails that were from the roof. They were very friendly and courteous to our residents. We had residents coming in commenting how nice the roof looked. Steve was on target about which building they would be working on each week. Given that we are an A+ property, I am confident that Duramax has exceeded all of our expectations and confident that we made the right decision in hiring them. Outstanding job!  Brian (salesman) pitched right in and helped with the work.  Very professional people and true to their word.  Everything was as neat as a pin when they left.  Workers were outstanding.  Would recommend them anytime.
