DUNCAN'S AFFORDABLE TREE SERVICE

Outstanding work. I called, they came and the large tree that would have costed thousands in damage is on the ground. Major stress reliever. We live on 10 wooded acres that has an abundance of large trees. Duncans will do all of my future tree service needs. His charges were reasonable and fair. It's nice to know a guy.... And now I know a guy that can take care of my woods.

Our volunteer fire department was confronted with a hollow tree on fire during a woods/field fire. The tree was about 4 feet across, rotting, and on fire at the top and bottom. We called Duncans Tree Service and they came out in the dark within 1/2 hour of the call and cut down that flaming torch which was then extinguished. We were very happy with their quick service! Since we are a volunteer department they didn't charge us anything!

Great! Only took a couple hours. Clean up was great.

Duncan's came out and cleaned up a mess that another tree company had left behind. They done a great job so we hired them to cut down more trees and grind stumps out. Their work was professional and their prices were fair. They cleaned up after themselves and had our yard looking great in no time.

Jeff McKinney does not have insurance. He doesn't even have a business checking account. He asked me to pay him in cash. I declined. He caused damage to my property and my neighbors' properties. He left three large chainsaw oil stains on my deck and driveway. He dropped a tree on a bench and broke it. He dropped another tree in my neighbor's fence and broke it. He dropped another tree on my neighbor's landscaping and flattened about 10 large hostas. He dropped trees on other trees and damaged them, some very badly. He made messes on my neighbor's property without getting their permission first. He lied about having insurance and lied about asking my neighbor's permission to work on their property. He tried to hide the damage he caused. I fired him before the job was done to avoid more damage to my property, and because he was dishonest and unprofessional. What a disaster.

I called Jeff Mckinney on a Friday about getting this work done. (I had Jeff do work for me a couple of years ago, he has merged with Duncans.)  Jeff showed up the next Monday and gave me a very good price for the service.  I was told it would be a couple of weeks before they could get out.  I asked if they could get out any sooner as we were having a celebration in about 3 weeks. Jeff and Niles Duncan showed up the next day with a crew of 4.  They removed the bushes, the 3 trees and ground all tree and bush stumps.  All debris was raked up and removed from the yard. Jeff also treated the 2 pine trees.  The following week Jeff and Niles returned with a crew of 3 and trimmed my 2 river birches. Again, all debris was raked and removed.  All work was completed in under 2 weeks from the time I got my estimate.  I was very pleased with the services provided and will have them back in the future.  Also, Niles is a very handsome man.

Very efficiently and they cleaned up and removed the branches. A neighbor also used them to cut a pine tree down which was in power lines and trim several dead limbs off other trees.. He was very pleased with the work done and the price was $200.00 less than another estimate.

They did a very professional job and cleaned up exceptionally well. I really appreciated the quickness in which they came to get the tree off the house. I thought the price fit their name well. . . . Duncan's "Affordable" Tree Service. I think it would have cost a lot more for that quick of service from another tree company.

I liked them very much. I thought their price was exceptionally good. They have real skill in cutting out trees. They were great with what I asked them to do.

Excellent company! This is the third time I have used Duncan for tree removal. They always do an excellent job and their price is always better by a significant amount. Sometimes scheduling is difficult but just be patient - it is worth the wait.

They dropped an 80 ft. Oak with no damage what so ever. The top of the tree was dead and dangerous. They were able to bring it down successfully and cut it into managable pieces in less than 2 hours.

The price and quality of work were excellent. Multiple phone calls were required to get them to my house and to get the stumps removed, once the trees had been taken down.

THE TWO EMPLOYEES THERE ARE PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED AND HAD TO GET HELP FOR DELIVERY. WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW ONE DAY AND NEVER SHOWED. AFTER A WEEK FINALLY SHOWED WITH WIFE AND CHILDREN UNLOADING THE THE WOOD. THE WOOD WAS TOO LONG FOR MY FIREPLACE AND THEY HAD TO TAKE BACK SOME OF THE WOOD AND WAS CHARGED LESS. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE , JUST NEED SOME EXTRA HELP.

EXCELLENT WORK, NICE CLEANUP. VERY HARD WORKERS. HAVE USED THEM TWICE SO FAR AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
