Service was prompt and professional.

Duke has always been very polite and on time.He always checks the whole house first to find any stains that might require special treatment ,if so he pretreats them then starts and completes the job in a timely matter.I have also had emergencys and Duke has squeezed me in as soon as possible.

Doug did a nice job. The price was very reasonable for the services performed on this visit.

Duke's came out to clean the carpets in our new house. I wasn't happy that the carpets didn't come clean, especially in the traffic areas. (My Bissell green machine can spot treat an area cleaner than what the carpet looked like when Duke's was done.) I did ask him to come back and re-clean which he did, but the carpets still didn't look any better.

I thought $50 seemed reasonable for cleaning and sealing the shower. However, it really didn't look clean either when he was finished. When I questioned him about a grout area that was still black, he told me I could take a little bleach and see if it came off. It actually did come clean when I cleaned it later myself. When I seal a shower, the water beads up on the grout, but with the process Duke's used, it didn't do that. I'm not sure the shower was really cleaned or sealed.

Overall, I thought the price was high. They were only here 2 hours, which included the time we walked through the house and I explained what I wanted done. I won't be using his company in the future. I will go back to using my previous carpet cleaner. They took extra time on the stains and problem areas and the carpet always looked new again, plus their price was much more reasonable.

Doug's company has been cleaning my carpets for a few years. They do a great job. I continue to use them because they are reliable and consistently get the carpet looking better than I thought possible. The price is usually a little bit more, but it is very much worth the extra quality and care that comes with it.

Doug has been cleaning our carpets for 18 years. He is the only person I would ever call and he does an excellent job every time. I have nothing but great praises for him. He's punctual and efficient which I really appreciate. I'm never waiting around for him and he is just great!

I have used Duke before for regular carpet cleaning. He is always very helpful and takes time to explain what will be done. He has also instructed me on spot cleaning the carpet on my own. He is just great to work with.

Overall, the experience went well. He arrived in a timely manner and was pleasant to deal with. The price was reasonable. He did a good job and I'm satisfied with his services.

Duke's is great we have used them numerous times and highly recommend them. They were running ahead of schdule and called to see it was OK for them to come early. Service was provided professionally at the agreed upon price.

They give excellent service and excellent quality work. They are honest people. We have used them several times and would us them again in the future.

Our neighbors were using him, and that is how we found out about him. He has done a good job for us. It is not a big firm, and so you kind of get to know the person who is actually doing the job. We don’t move the furniture but he cleans all the high-traffic area, especially because we have kids. We usually call up and set up an appointment, and we’ve had no cancellations or issues like that. As far as carpet cleaning is concerned, his prices have always been very reasonable compared to others. I’m not sure what the price for the grout work was but the work turned out really good too. I have referred him to others and they have used him too. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future.

We have used him twice in two years. He is awesome. He is hilarious and he does a great job. His pricing is fair. He is very personable, too. The best thing about him is that he will tell us if the carpets don’t need cleaning. He works with us on that and we really appreciate that.

Fantastic. Duke was there on time, got out all of the stains, and the charge was more than reasonable.

After scheduling Doug to come for a cleaning, he shows up on time with help, and is able to clean the carpets efficiently, but effectively. He's able to get out all of the stains thrown at him including old chewing gum. He is also always giving tips on how to remove certain stains in between his visits. I have used Doug for a couple of years now and will continue to utilize his excellent services.

Doug was professional and on time. He did a good job. I did not receive a set price over the phone. So, when he was here, we negotiated a fair price. I am not comfortable with the negotiating. I would prefer a set price and will ask for that in the future.

The gentleman who came was courteous, prompt and through. They went out of their way to come as soon as possible to accommodate my schedule since I drove from out of town.

Duke called to say he could come early if I needed him to. He was very nice, prompt and I felt very comfortable having him working in my home. He did an excellent job on all of the carpets and even worked on a couple of extra spots for me. I will definitely use him again in the future and will probably have my carpets cleaned more often now!

Doug fist came to our home the day before my wife was to be induced with our second child, so that we would have clean carpet for the babies arrival home. That ''baby'' is now 7 and 1/2 years old and Doug is still our carpet cleaner. He has done an excellent job maintaining our white carpeting through the years. Doug is a pleasure to deal with and he is probably the best carpet cleaner in the area. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a quality carpet cleaning at a fair price.

I have been using him for 7 years. He is always punctual. He does a phenomenal job. I have used others who do not compare. He goes over and above what he should do.
