We had DS Mechanical come out to our house to redo the duct work under our room addition, because the company who had performed the service before had put in the wrong material and done a sub par job. DS Mechanical fixed all of the previous contractors mistakes and did a spectacular job in a timely fashion. They are very knowledgable and very well priced.

The associate came out on a Sunday evening and was available in less than an hour after the call. He was VERY timely and knowledgeable. He fixed a thermostat/electrical issue in under an hour. The service was very fairly priced, especially for a Sunday night.

Same as above plus they charged me much less for a Saturday visit to look at the problem. It did help that I was the only one at home and my wife was alway so getting the water heater on a weekday was possible and I was able to save on that department ($50 vs $132 for normal weekend fee). They even ended up charging nothing for the Saturday trip as I used them, and as mentioned above, installed the jacket (which hopefully, will save on water heater costs) for free.

It was a bit tough getting the right parts and I had to wait 10 days. DS was very good about responding to my calls. In fact, the night I discovered my defunct AC, the owner stayed on the phone with me for 20 min. coaching me thru some simple checks I could do to see if we could get it working. As mentioned above, the staff ran into complications with my old breaker box. They were able to rework things safely and did not charge me any additional.
