I would use them again, absolutely. It was quality work and it was done in a reasonable time.

We took it in to do an airbag replacement on a recall and then they did the wheel bolts while we were in there. The pricing was high. I would use the one in Indianapolis, I would not use the one in Bonita Springs because we've also used the Infiniti service department there. The reason it cost us $900 is because they did a hazardous job, they punched an extra hole behind our wheel well and our wheel was about ready to come off when we came in to the dealer just for a routine thing. Two of the bolts were missing and they took pictures and they said, "Well, somebody has put an extra hole here and it's not in the right place and that is what caused your problem and you could have lost your wheel while you were on the interstate."

They are really excellent in terms of service. I couldn't ask for anything better. I suppose it cost more than going to other places, but I still go back to the dealer.

I purchased a pre-owned Infiniti with 6k on it... Karen Newland was excellent sales associate to work with. That being said I realized there was a slight crack in my front bumper (you could not see it unless you were on your knees looking under the front end) and I called Karen a week after I had the car to address this issue... The result was to bring it back and their body shop would correct this for me at no charge. There were no debates on whether or not if it happened after I left their lot with it or if I purchased as so. Either way they were easy to deal with in correcting this. A stand up dealer

The problem was a noise in the front suspension, similar to a noise that occurred last year. The noise last year was repaired satisfactorily by another dealership in another state; the problem was a worn out strut on the front left side.
Do not be fooled by the effusive, glowing reviews about this dealer. Many other Angie's List reviews highlight how wonderful it is to get a service loaner. I can confirm that ALL Infiniti dealers, and indeed most premium brands, offer this service.
Took car in for diagnostic in early May, and this dealer charges about $60 just for diagnostics. I have never, ever worked with a dealership which charges for an estimate, and for a premium brand, this is inexcusable. This charge is not refundable even if the consumer goes ahead with the repairs or if the repair does not resolve the problem, as was my situation.
After waiting almost a month for parts, the work was performed. When I picked up the car and drove away, I immediately noticed that the noise was still present. I turned around and left the car with them again so further research.
After almost a week with no contact, I finally received back a call. They initially indicated that the noise might be caused by worn rack and pinion components, because they noticed a grinding noise when test driving. They recommended replacing these at a cost of more than $1500. I told them the noise they heard was part of the AWD system, it was normal, and was identified in the Owner's Manual as not a cause for concern. The technicians should have known this. I refused those repairs and told them to keep checking the suspension.
After almost another week, they recommended an additional $500 in in diagnostic tests, because they could not find the problem. I told them to write up a quote to replace the right front strut assembly, which was the exact repair performed on the left side by another dealer last year (this successfully repaired the identical symptoms). Their quote came back about 40% higher than the repairs from last year. When I inquired by it was so much more, they indicated that more parts would need to be replaced than the prior year, and made up a bunch of other excuses. I declined all further work, and picked up my car that day. The problem was not resolved after spending more than $600 and 6-7 weeks of time.
In general, I cannot help but come to the following two conclusions about this provider:

- 1. Their technical skills are inferior to other Infiniti dealers I have dealt with in the past
- 2. I have suspicions about their ethics, in that they kept pushing for repairs which were not needed. The parts that were replaced did not address the problem and probably, in retrospect, did not need to be replaced at all.
I will do whatever I can to never use this dealer again,. Unfortunately, they appear to be the only Infiniti dealer in the Indianapolis area; the next nearest one is in Ft. Wayne.

They offer loaners and I've never had an issue with scheduling. They've always been able to accommodate my schedule. The administrative staff is very friendly. They are currently remodeling their office and may be close to being finished. The temporary location was fine and comfortable.

Infinity services is by far the best as you get what you pay for. I wish it was a little less costly but the car isn't cheap either. We have had both of the cars serviced by Infinity. SOLD one of them to get a mini van (sorry but Infinity doesn't make one). The service definetly makes the ownership easy. Loaner cars help, fast and freindly service...honestly it is one of the BEST.

Excellent work, they provide a loaner car so that you do not wait all day.
Use loaner car, go to work, then come back that night to get your car.
Always are very professional and do great work.

Loaner cars are always available if you make an appointment which is nice. Service is always done well, but pricing is steep, particularly if you're doing your full-service checks at big mileage milestones.

Dreyer and Reinbold Infiniti has a good attention to details. They had my car ready for me. They are professional and they provided me excellent service.

I was suddenly unable to shift my car into reverse and called Dreyer and
Reinbold. They said to drive right in and when I arrived they
literally met me in the lobby. Mark, the new service manager, took the
car and had someone look at it. A few minutes later he came back with
the news that somehow my transmission was slipping (even though the car
was only a few years old). Since this is very out of character for an
Infiniti, I was shocked to say the least. Mark assured me that it was
under warranty and that they would take care of it. I left in a new
model Infiniti G37, which I kept free of charge during the repair.
They were wonderful! I had read really poor reviews on their service
and was nervous going there, but I can assure you, they are under new
management! Mark is wonderful!

I get the oil changed twice a year. I'd rate them very well across the board, and I'd recommend them to anybody.

Everytime I have had my vehicle serviced at Dand R Infiniti I am always amazed at the kindness, thorough explaination, the cleanliness of the vehicle upon return and the quality "loaner" I am always provided with. This staff should be an example as to what "service" should be - if it weren't for this staff - I don't know if I'd be there (didn't have the best sales experience) but the level of service is what will drive me to purchase a 2nd vehicle from this dealership - I wouldn't own any other type of vehicle/suv out there!

My salesman was very disrespectful , argumentative, and difficult to negotiate with. When I went to pick up the car it was damaged and I refused to accept it. The salesman kept trying to convince me that they would repaint the bumper, and he could not understand why I would not take the car. As an alternative, he kept trying to get me to take a used demo car for just $300 less. I finally had to walk out very upset and , with my wife almost in tears. The worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership.

Auto Service
Terrible. They lied to me on when the car would be ready and did not bother to tell me to come. The receptionist was really rude about it as well. They over charge for everything. I also took my car in to get the brakes fixed once, and when they returned the car the power seats no longer worked. They quoted $700. Just took it to a different repair shop and they charged me $80. I am also in the new market for a new car, and would like another Infiniti, but will never buy from them again.
