They have been nice. The sales people are helpful and respectful. The service department is easy to work with but they can be slow to respond, to return phone calls sometimes. They work quickly and happy to give you a loaner car.

My cars not new but they give me a car, it's not a rental. I mean their car while they do things. They handle my longer-term warranty really well. I love Alex; he's wonderful.

I was very happy to get a $500 discount. I don't think they are overpriced. They are welcoming. Their greeter was very nice. I didn't feel like they were standoffish. It took about a week for the repair to be completed.

The only negative was that I was trying to get to work and I had to wait for them to get my car and get on my way, so I guess having to wait.

He is the dealer. I have had my Volks Wagon for 10 years and that is the only place i have ever taken it. They have excellent service, they are very responsive, they always have a vehicle for me to use when i take my car there. They are honest, people tell me that they are high priced but convenience is worth it to me.

My 2008 BMW displayed a fault for an engine failure. I contacted Dreyer and scheduled a service appointment. They determined that the fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced. They were able to have it replaced by BMW at no charge but did notice that the fuel sensor was causing errors and suggested that it be replaced as well. They arranged a loaner vehicle and completed the service as promised on-time. They also recommended other maintenance that needed to be completed on the vehicle.

Fine - everything was done and the car was ready on time and the estimate was very very close to the exact price for service

The sale went well. The after sale went poorly. The dealership referred me to Financial Center Credit Union, which has resulted in a horrible experience to date. Dreyer Reinbold (D-B) is personally responsible for the poor service provided by said Credit Union on the administration of my auto loan. I was surprised when D-B refused to do the loan through BMW credit. In any event, subject Credit Union had a competitive rate - so I said okay. What a mistake! D-B failed - apparently - to provide the Credit Union with my auto insurance information. This failure on the part of D-B resulted in the Credit Union purchasing an insurance policy for $8K to protect their interest. Keep in mind that my interest through this process was ignored. I ascertained insurance coverage for the vehicle the day of the transaction. In short, do not - repeat - do not do business with D-B BMW.

Dreyer Reinbold always does great work ... but you pay for it.

They always give me a loaner car and I get to deal with the same service rep every time I go, and I have been using them for 10 years. He is pleasant and easy to deal with. They also never try to sell you things you don't need.

I later wrote to BMW North America and provided them with all the documentation. BMW forwarded the entire package to Dand R who never followed up on it with me. At this point I have to conclude that they didn't follow up because I caught them attempting to do $1000s in unnecessary work. If you go to Dand R get a quote from them, and if it doesn't sound right, be sure to get a second opinion and estimate. You can tow your vehicle on a flatbed for less than $70 and Dand R can only charge you the diagnosis fee of $65. I don't take this review lightly as I love my BMW and it makes me sad that I cannot trust the only BMW dealorship in town.

They are fantastic. Their customer service is phenomenal and they are friendly. They are informative and they meet the deadlines that they say they will. Their prices are competitive for like vehicles. With BMW, service is part of the purchase until you hit so many miles. They were just incredible. They treated me better than the place I bought the car. There is no question, if you have a BMW or any other kind of car that they service; they are the place to go.

My wife and I have both bought cars from D and R. Easily the best dealership in Indianapolis. A very no hassle, no pressure sales staff. Class act and top shelf all the way. It's no wonder they are one of the top BMW dealerships in the country. No question that we will be returning for all of our cars for the forseeable future.
