DR J'S PEST CONTROL

I had found "dust" on base board in bathroom. I have used Dr J before, with excellent results. So I called him,and scheduled appointment..for the following week..( I called him on a thursday)
Jim arrived a little early, and inspected the site of "infestation" I was relieved when he said it was NOT carpenter ants' > He made small holes in the wall up under the window sill and injected some chemical.. He inspected rest of house and even walked the outside perimeter to see if he saw anything "suspicious"..
Since the treatment have had no further "dust/debris"
Jim is very knowledgeable and professional, and reasonable. He doesn't try to sell you on long term contracts, just deals with the issues you have. He is thorough. I would use again, and highly recommend.

The service went better than expected. I had read horror stories about bed bugs and eradicating them. My obsessiveness and his chemical applications, along with specific instructions, rid our house of bed bugs.

I CALLED THE COMPANY AND MR. PHILLIPS CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THAT THE CHEMICAL HE WAS SPRAYING WOULD NOT HURT MY KIDS OR OUR DOG. HE SPRAYED AND EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD STILL SEE ANTS FOR ABOUT A FEW MORE DAYS AND THEN THAT WOULD BE IT, BUT IF I STILL HAD A PROBLEM CALL HIM AND HE WOULD COME BACK. HE IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND NICE AND HONORS HIS WORK.
