When we purchased the mattress and foundation, we were told that everything would be delivered in approximately 10 days. It took double that time. When I called the store manager to inquire about the delivery, he said he would check and get back with me. Two days in a row he didn't call back. On the third day, I spoke to a sales associate. He provided me with the information I needed. If it wasn't for him I would have canceled my order. Besides the bad customer service, we love the mattress.

It was one of the best buying experiences ever. The staff is very knowledgeable and very patient. They know the products that they sell and are very sincere. The only comment I would make is the delivery process is in need of better communication.

Product is wonderful & price was reasonable compared to other brands. Salespeople were nice but service was poor. We received mattress 11 days after we purchased. We would use them again only if they agree to a specific deliver time & stick to it.
