His name is Tom Kiemeyer. My only problem with time was that I see some nicks on the door. I thought he was a little rough with it. It was over $800 door so it is not like I can run out and get another one, but there are some nicks on the door. I do not know if it can be fixed or not, but I guess that is minor. It was a big heavy door and I am going to try to fill it in with paint. He could just step-up the way he does things. He does not just quite get it perfect, but overall, I would still hire him again. He seems to know what he is doing. I knew that was going to cost me some money. I know the price was in the neighborhood because I had contacted Renewal by Anderson Windows and they wanted $3,000 just for the door.

Tom shared his information with us, was polite, knowledgeable, and capable.  He fixed a problem we'd lived with for over 20 years in just a few weeks.

We used Tom several years ago to finish an extra room in our basement.  He did a good job and his prices were reasonable.  We recently had him back to fix several holes in our drywall.  he took his time, came back three separate times to resand and finish.  Overall the repair was very good.

The tear off was difficult because of the amount of tiles that were in there.  He anticipated it and didn't come to us complaining about it.  He realized that he had seen the bathroom beforehand and that it was his call.  He was a nice and considerate person.  He did very well with communicating and cleaning up after he was done.  He will be doing more of that kind of work.
