Done Rite Remodeling & Roofing

Called Bob at Done Rite on 6/12 Told him I needed a new roof on my house in Indianapolis that we had sold and needed to be replaced before closing on 6/27 Bob came out early on 6/13 and gave me a great quote for a complete new roof which I accepted and he and his great crew were there 6/17 to get the job done Roof looks fantastic and the clean up was immaculate

I do not usually write an excellent review but having my roof on my house and detached garage was the best experience I have had with a contractor in the nearly 40 years I have lived in the Indianapolis area. Less than five hours to tear off shingles, 32 sheets of decking, replace and remove and replace gutter covers. Bob Strickland and his crew were amazing. Clean up was the best I have ever seen. Done Rite did a job for my son and he recommended them. Glad I had them do my house. Highly recommended.

Excellent in every aspect. Shingles bid are beautiful. Removal of old roofing included pulling the nails instead of hammering them flat. Crew was punctual, working efficiently, constantly throughout the day finishing with a thorough clean up of the grounds by early afternoon. Very little disturbance of plants and shrubs around the base of the house.

Came out on time and did all work promptly and it looks great. It only took half a day for them to remove the old roof and replace with new shingles on the whole house. Their price beat the contractors recommended by insurance company and agent (part of this job was covered by insurance, but part was not). They also agreed to take away some additional odd trash at no extra charge. Excellent result.

Great. We thought we would need only 10-15 plywood pieces but after removing roof found all plywood needed replacing. They called in more crew, worked till dark and got the work done.

Amazing! We needed a new roof in order to sell our house. Bob (Strickland) came out, assessed the house, and gave us a quote all within 24 hours (Actually, it was more like a few hours.). Two days later, I had a new roof. His staff was very quick and efficient, ensuring the roof was properly installed and that my yard was clean of debris. I couldn't beat Done Rite's price, either (So much cheaper than the competitors!). Call Bob; get a roof; be happy.

GREAT! done right roofing and restoration was here on time. done in one day it looks awesome! on price it was really fair. And most important. Quality of their work and craftsmanship was DONE RIGHT . I emailed requesting a quote for some fascia damage and possibly other damage to my roof. Bob called me not too long after the email and said he would be in the area and could look the issue and check my roof overall for any other issues. He called me back and explained what he found and made the repair for no charge. He said all that was needed was some minor repair and he had the materials to fix it in all of 5 minutes. I had this same job estimated at a minimum of $2,000 dollars by another roofing installer that involved removing shingles, buying new shingles, replacement of decking, etc... Bob explained what the issue was, why it occurred and what was needed, fixed it and offered to review other options if this fix didn't work. The first thing I would like to say is "THANK YOU BOB". I respect anyone that is honest and doesn't try to take advantage of a person's ignorance of certain home repair items like roofing. Bob could have easily said the same thing I was told by another roofing contractor and taken advantage but he didn't. He has figured out what some other self-owned businesses haven't..."Treat a customer right and you will continue to get their business and through word of mouth get even more business". And I intend to do just that, spread it around that there is someone out there trying to make a living by doing the right thing.

Both projects went very well. Total time to complete was less than expected and all people who worked on the project were highly skilled and very professional.

Outstanding experience. Bob and his crew showed up early, did everything they said they would and left the ground cleaner then when they arrived. Hardworking team that worked well together. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Very pleased in every regard. He also did work for two others that I know and they have been very pleased as well.

Bob was quick to respond to my call and showed up at the agreed upon time to inspect the problem and supply an estimate. He was very friendly and helpful and came back the following week to perform the work (probably would've been sooner, but several rainy days limited his ability to do outside jobs).

BOUGHT CABINETS SEPARATELY. DID AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL JOB! VERY SMALL BATHROOM, HAD TO BE VERY ACCURATE. VERY PLEASED.

EVERYTHING HE DID WAS EXCELLENT! I WENT WITH HIM AND SELECTED THE HOT WATER HEATER, HE ONLY WANTED TO CHARGED ME $135, I CHOSE TO PAY HIM A $175 BECAUSE HE DESERVED A TIP! HE DESERVED MORE BECAUSE THE WORK HE DID WAS MORE THAN THE GUY WHO CHARGED ME $1,000. HE PROVIDED ADVICE THAT NOT ONLY PROTECTED MY PERGO FLOOR IN MY FAMILY ROOM, IT ALSO SAVED ME MONEY. HE'S A REAL CLEAN CUT GUY. HIS TRUCK IS CLEAN, HAULED AWAY MY HOT WATER HEATER AND USING HIS "BALLOON TIRE HAND TRUCK" HE CAREFULLY AND SAFELY PROTECTED MY FLOOR FROM INCURRING ANY DAMAGE. I WOULD GIVE A+++ ON EVERYTHING IF I COULD.
