Williams was highly recommended by a good friend who had hired them for two projects. I had all my questions answered and explained thoroughly. Our project went as discussed, without a hitch, and on time. I received the personal attention I expect from Jeff and Eddie. Our hardwoods look beautiful! I highly recommend Williams and would hire them again. I was pleased when Williams asked me to order and pay the lumber vendor direct, which eliminated Williams marking it up and increasing the project cost.

They did a very good job. The put down plastic to protect the areas and then cleaned up well after themselves. They used top grade equipment. They did what they said they were going to do.

I have used them twice. Once on a 800,000 house and once on a 97,000 dollar house. Same professionalism and attention to detail on both jobs. The finish lasted and lasted. Worked with me to find the perfect color combination of stain. Would recommend them in a minute!

The salesman that came out (Jeff Summitt) was very professional, and answered all of our questions patiently and in terms that we could understand. They showed up on schedule (a huge + given our experiences with other construction contractors), and completed the work on the promised date. They hung plastic in the doorways and on our cabinets. There was a bit of dusting to do afterwards, but we were told ahead of time that that would be the case. They were a little more expensive than some other bids we had gotten, but our floors came out great and the project went off without a hitch.
