Diane and Pete are very much straight shooters in the pool industry and Pete comes VERY HIGHLY recommended by CoverStar Central staff as well which I believe is a huge asset if anyone has an electric cover. Pete will not pull any punches and explains things in a logical format if you have issues but I have learned you need to stick with doing what you know best and they know in ground pools extremely well so that’s why I would highly recommend them over multiple companies in Indy.

They did a very good job. They arrived on-time, were very efficient and professional and it looks great.

When I called, the owner told me that they would be willing to service my pool on a weekly basis, but that I would have to pay and hourly rate of $145 plus $30 of initial visit fee upfront for the first visit. He said thereafter, it would be approximately $90 plus supplies cost on a weekly basis. I agreed to this because I was desperate and he reassured me that this would be followed up by a weekly visit . I gave him my credit card number for the initial payment . This should’ve been a red flag for me but I was desperate that day because my pool water was starting to turn green. He sent his worker to check my pool, this was on a Friday. However, I did not hear back from them after the weekend, and when I called on Tuesday to find out when they will be coming next, he told me that they will not be able to service my pool. Furthermore, a few days later $244.07 were charged to my bank account from this company. This was beyond the $175 that I agreed to pay initially with the pretext that they would be performing weekly service. Never did I receive any receipt or itemized breakdown of this charge. I called the company to ask them why they had done so and for the owner to call me back for an explanation of the claim, I never heard back from any of them. Since then I have called at least five pool servicing companies and no one has charged me a penny for their initial assessment. If they can’t do it they will say so and that would be it. The owner of this company is a ConMan and dishonest. Stay away from them!

Everyone at Diversified Pool Pros was a pleasure to work with, from the person that we met at the home show to Nate who talked through the various options that we had related to the pool remodel to Stephanie in the office that helped us order the materials, schedule, and finally pay for the services performed. Everyone was knowledgeable, was able to answer our questions, and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Diversified Pool Pros to anyone that needs pool services.

Diversified has provided our opening, closing and weekly service for the 3rd year and we couldn't be more satisfied. Communication is timely and service is reliable. Our pool is almost maintenance free which allows us to simply enjoy it!

We were new pool owners and acquired an in ground pool that had several issues when we moved in. Diversified did an excellent job talking us through our options to bring the pool back up to operational state and evaluate what was the right approach for us - I truly felt like I was being told the pros and cons to each approach rather than just trying to be sold on something, and as a result we established trust. As a new pool owner, we had many, many questions, and everyone on the team has been more than accommodating to all of our needs and inquiries. They have been excellent at providing input to guide us through the major pool renovations as well as servicing of our pool this summer. We have been very pleased with their work - we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for quality pool care.

I have not had one issue with the water since starting their service 3 years ago! Any repairs are done quickly and the staff is professional, friendly, and responsive.

Excellent and it has performed just as was described prior to using the salt system. I was so tired of dumping dollars after dollars into chemicals to keep our pool balanced and after they installed the salt system it has been absolutely a great decision. Not only is it cheaper but by far the water clarity is much better, we open to clear water for two years running now. So we are now having them do weekly maintenance or cleaning and opening/closing. I would highly or strongly recommend them to all my friends.

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our 50 year old pool was badly in need of repair/rebuilt. After contacting several companies and having had detailed conversations about what was needed , we made the very wise decision to go with Diversified Pool Pros., Inc. After Mr. Peter Newett came out and went through everything in the most minute detail we knew we had found the right person, therefore the right company. Basically, with the exception of the standing walls, this company built a new pool and concrete deck. We were given a price with the understanding that there were potential problems that might arise given the age and disrepair of the pool in addition to a timeline in which work would be completed. Mr. Newett was here at least once a week to check on progress and once the old pool was out, was here working with the crew as the work progressed on the new pool. This was a big job, to say the least, and because of the location much of the work such as the concrete for the deck had to be transported down the hill by hand. The crew was absolutely the most efficient, hard-working group with whom we've ever dealt. They were here about 8am and worked until 4 or 5pm, depending on the day's agenda. They were pleasant and having had them here daily we now rather miss having them around. There really were no surprise issues and Mr. Newett consulted us on everything such as steps. ladders, handrails, etc. The pool was finished within the time frame and in all honestly, this new pool is far nicer than the one that was here. Again, because of the location, Mr. Newett determined what we needed to insure the least amount of work as far as maintenance and for this, we are extremely grateful. We give this company the highest recommendations possible and thank them for their honesty and integrity!!!

If every service company was as good as Diversified Pool Pros were, there'd be no need for an Angie's List--they were that good. I wouldn't have needed their help, though, if another pool contractor had kept its commitment to return and finish the job they began in June. Or if the other pool contractor had ever bothered to answer or return our phone calls when we didn't see them for a month. Stephanie at Diversified Pools answered the phone when I called at 7:35 this morning and though she said they were super busy, she'd try to work us in for a sand filter repair and pool cleaning. In less than an hour she told me a tech would be out yet this afternoon. Mark showed up promptly at 2 p.m., completed the work by 3 and promised to be back on Wednesday. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism that Stephanie exhibited over the phone and Mark exhibited in person. Outstanding work!!!

The weekly service, opening and closing of the pool is great. We did have some issues with the pool cover but they did continue to work on it until it was right.

Pete and his staff have always displayed integrity, diligence, and prompt service. They are honest, and the office staff is helpful and responsive.

Vendor did a phenomenal job. Pete Newett communicated directly with me during the installation, even sent me pictures because I was out of town for work, and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I truly appreciate it because I am not an expert on pools and this vendor is great to work with and you can count on them.

It went very well and the service is excellent. They have maintained, serviced and replaced parts for many years and I totally recommend them as a full service company.

They maintain our pool weekly and make repairs as needed. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. We are thankful to have found them and recommend them highly.

They are very responsive whenever I've had pool, cover, or heater issues. Their prices are very fair. Pete, Diane and Stephanie are all very nice. I'm never home when the people come to do the weekly service. But, they always do a good job. Our pool is older and sometimes has issues because of the age -- and it seems like the cover only breaks in the closed position right before we are about to host party! The last time it was a holiday weekend and Pete came over and got it working so that we could enjoy the pool during our party. I would highly recommend Diversified Pool Pros.

We hired Diversified Pool Pros after having several companies in the past. They are so much more responsive than any company that I have used and we now use them for all of our pool maintenance.

I think if your a home owner with an in ground pool you should consider this company and the "salt" system they installed because it is the BEST. We opened our pool to crystal CLEAR water minor cleaning that is a 1st for us on our pool. Our pool water stayed crystal CLEAR all season and was closed clear so if you are facing spending a large amount on chemicals and draining and bringing in clean water each year I would look at this company and the salt system again it is the BEST and saving us money.
