 + 0 moreI contacted Russ Hyde to give me an estimate which he did in a timely manner. I scheduled the work to be done and worked with Russ to select all the materials (tile, granite, fixtures, paint). He showed up as expected and completed the work efficiently. He was very professional and maticulous in his work and I am very pleased with the finished product. I will definitely utilize his services in the future.
Description of Work: I have a jack and jill bathroom comprised of 4 spaces which were re-modeled by Russ Hyde. This entailed refacing 25 year old cabinets, installing granite countertops, floor tile and all fixtures including faucets, lights, fans, mirrors, etc, He also painted all areas. It was a remarkable transformation. The cabinets look like new.

 + 1 moreIt was really just fantastic. I don't want to sound overly effusive or anything, but the contrast between dealing with this company and some others was just night and day. He was on time, on budget, and his work was just exactly what we wanted. Hard to beat that really.
Description of Work: Mr. Russ Hyde was actually a subcontractor hired by our general remodeling contractor, but he quickly stood out as being a skilled and conscientious craftsman. If you can take a look at the before and after pictures of our kitchen, I think you can agree that his work on turning 30 year old dilapidated formica cabinets into a near exact replica of the Martha Stewart line from Home Depot (for 1/2 the price) is nothing less than astonishing. From design to implementation, the kitchen has been the highlight of our entire home remodel.

 + 2 moreRuss was introduced to us by our Designer, Ginger Anderson, of Refreshed Interiors. Having moved into a house decorated completely unlike our taste, he and Ms. Anderson began working on our public living areas turning them into a home that is reflective of our style. We are now planning a complete kitchen redo and Distinctive Cabinetry and Refreshed Interiors will be right in the middle of it!
Description of Work: Russ did numerous custom work jobs including a built-in bookcase/shelving unit, modifying existing columns, stairs, and doorways. He also replaced closet and cabinet doors. He was very detailed oriented, timely and professional. Distinctive Cabinetry has made our new home OUR home!
