Excellent. I was really impressed with their customer service. My tires were not in bad shape, just not as much tread as I wanted going into winter. It took less than an hour for four new tires. Very pleasant environment. Highly recommend this location near Castleton on the northeast side.

Excellent. Charles took my info and found me in the computer, identified the leak and drove the car in. The technician quickly removed the tire and patched the hole. He rebalanced the tire and mounted it back on the car. This all took about 40 minutes. No charge since I had bought tires there. I have worked with this location for about five years and highly recommend them.

They send monthly reminders to check air pressure. They gave good advice concerning my tire selection. They also check your tire wear for free.

Just like anyone, I have been to many auto shops that have disappointed me.  No one enjoys spending tons of money on unexpected repairs.  I can easily say this was the best auto shop experience I have EVER had!  The customer service was phenomenal.  From the time I called for a quote, to the time I left the building, I remained impressed by how they treat their guests.  They were timely, friendly and most importantly, HONEST.  Their pricing is legitimate.  I will never go anywhere else for my tires.  Do not waste your time calling other tire shops, Discount Tire Co is the one!

Discount tire is always busy, but the guys work really fast and accurately and are polite and clean up your car well after being in the trunk for spare tires, etc. After being sick of the repeated flat tires and lost centers on the factory steel wheels (due to minor potholes), I decided to go ahead and replace all four tires and wheels with alloy and higher performance all-season Yokohama tires. I went with discount tire mostly because I liked a particular wheel style (Momo Winter). After repairing my again-dented steel wheel for FREE, I ordered up. They estimated a week to get everything shipped in, but it ended up being closer to two weeks. When I took my car in to have them put on, one of the four boxed wheels had a different style in it. Discount tire comp'd the cost of the wheel for the mistake (or likely the manufacturer did, but I didn't have to deal with it at all). It took another week to get the last wheel in but now that it's installed Im happy with the product and will be a Discount tire customer from now on due to the team's exceptional attitude and work ethic.

I don't make appointments and am usually out within 45 minutes, which I feel is "in and out." The staff is very helpful and I've never had a shimmy or a shake with the tires after they've been balanced or rotated.

I purchased the best tires available, so they were a little more expensive than I had hoped, but I believe they are the best tires. Very professional, very courteous, very fast. It took less than an hour from the time I arrived. I'm very pleased with my decision to go to Discount Tire.

I have had my tires replaced and serviced at this location for a few
years. I showed up to have tire checked and guessed it had slow leak. I
had been unsure of hours and arrived just after closing time. They saw
me approach door to check on hours and caught me and said that they
could at least provide more air to tire to make sure I could travel
safely. When the attendant found a nail in the tire they volunteered to
fix even though just after shop had closed. When I have used their
services they are always very knowledgeable happy to explain their
advice and very focused on customer safety and convenience.

We took a tire in that had two nails in it that had sat for a week on the rim. The tire could not be repaired. We were aware the other tires needed replaced as well. The salesman took me thru all options of tires and different price points. After selecting tires they were mounted and balanced in a reasonable amount of time considering it was the day before the holiday. We were very pleased with the service.

I noticed I had a nail stuck in my tire in the morning and was losing air in the tire, so I needed to have it repaired quickly. The tire center near me could not take me in, so I called Discount Tire and they said they could get to it.
They were super busy, so the wait was a bit long, but there are plenty of places to walk to and grab a quick bite.
When I got back from eating, they were wrapping things up. The service advisor drove my car to the front near the door, came in, explained what they did, and told me I was good to go. When I explained I had not yet paid, he said 'free of charge'.
What a great gesture! I have purchased tires for them before, but this was an original tire on this vehicle, so Discount Tire had no reason to not charge. I will need new tires in about 10k more miles, and I have no doubt I will buy those tires from Discount Tire.
They consistently provide great service and the advisors are always nice and never pushy. They turned a somewhat stressful situation (this was my second tire incident in the last month...different vehicles) into one that wasn't at all. If only more companies were run like this one is.

These guys are awesome. Very consultative and not pushy at all. Gave us the facts and our options. Best of all treated my wife very well. Will use again (hopefully not for another 60k miles though!)

Their prices are good. Their warranty is good. Once I get the warranty, I never have to pay for another tire. It doesn't get better than replacing the tires for the price that they offer and it is nothing compare to what I think it will be. Their prices are better than the dealers. I am not sure of the price around.
