Overall, my experience was good. Direct Delivery picked up and delivered the items quickly and accurately. However, they did not precisely meet their delivery time estimate.

I HAVE A HOME BASED BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T HAVE A WHOLE LOT OF NEED FOR DELIVERY SERVICES, BUT THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I'M THEIR MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT ON THE PHONE, PROMPT, AND VERY ECONOMICAL. ON ONE OCCASION (DURING A SNOW STORM) THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER AS PROMISED, AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THAT DELIVERY.
