The whole process went very smoothly. Duffy was prompt in getting us everything we needed and answered every question that we had. We closed on the house very quickly after getting under contract, so we did not give him much time to work. We were able to meet the tough deadline. Even after we moved in, Duffy helped us out. I called him when I got a property tax bill that I should not have received. He simply told me to send it to him and he took care of it. I have already referred a coworker to him and would not hesitate to do so again.

I was really surprised at how quickly all my questions were answered. Out of all the companies I talked with they were the only one that seemed generally interested in our business. If I called or sent an email, I had an answer within a couple hours. I have already recommended this group to friends and family.
