the crew arrived just ahead of schedule.  they were friendly and professional and got to work quickly. when they thought they were done they asked me to walk with them to see if they missed anything, which they had not.

I used this company last year for aeration and split seeding and am planning on next year as well for cleanup and aeration.

Before engaging with Grant in Summer 2013, he and I walked my property and agreed on my needs:  Weekly cutting on Fridays, nicely trimmed, no mulch in the grass, no grass in the mulch (it results in weeds), no grass clippings on the sidewalks, driveway or in the street.  Grant assured me that all of these were doable and that I would receive a $50 cut for a premium result.
I agreed, even though this was double what my previous lawn care person had charged.  I wanted a premium look, a well-groomed lawn for the weekends, and Grant promised that I would receive it.
Over the last 12 month (growing seasons only), I have found it necessary to contact Grant and his crew on multiple occasions, because his commitment to me was not being met.  Specifically, on at least 10 occasions I have had to have the crew come back to remove grass clippings from my mulch or mulch from my yard.  My mulch looks hideous as a result of this so-called "premium service."
My grass cutting day has bounced all over the map as well.  It was on Fridays (as agreed) in 2013, and then changed, without communication with me, to Tuesdays this year.  When I called to inquire, Grant's response was that "everyone wants their lawn cut on Fridays," refusing to honor the commitment that he had made to me.
We agreed that he would mow on Thursdays.  Unfortunately, that lasted for about 1 month.  For the last two weeks, the crew showed up on Wednesdays.  When I asked why, I was told that it was due to the rain.  This was completely illogical.  I could understand cutting my grass a day or two late because of rain, but a day early?!  Really?!  We cut early because of the rain?!  I didn't just fall off of the turnip wagon, but to provide such an excuse for poor scheduling, one must wonder if Grant did.
All I have received are excuses:  "The mower that we would like to use was damaged in an accident and I don't know when it will be repaired or replaced.  My crew is not very good; we have to keep replacing them because of drug and alcohol problems.  No one else complains (Grant trying to blame me for something that HE had agreed to do!--the ultimate insult!)."
I could go on, but you get the picture.
Bottom line:  I fired Grant on June 25, 2014.  I should have done so sooner.  And as soon as I replace him with a lawn service that provides great service at a fair price, and that meets their promises, I plan to introduce them to my neighbors, my HOA, and my church, all of whom I expect will soon be FORMER clients of Grant Key.
Final Assessment is obvious:  I would never again use Grant Key and absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND him to my friends and neighbors.  You would be wise to avoid this high maintenance, whiney, take no responsibility for my actions, service company.

The company was done a great job. Would recommend to anyone need their services.

I dint need continued service just a one time service due to my equipment being serviced. Grant sent someone out just a couple days after I called and didn't price gouge me because of it bing a one time thing. He was great, they completed everything I asked for them too. I will defenatly use them in the future.

The crew arrived and knocked on the door to let me know they were going to start.  They walked the yard to look for anything that could be damaged by their machines.
Two men ran airators and a third spread fertilizer when they were done.
My nighbor across the street had them do that and overseed for her the same day.

The work was done sooner than expected, and the quality was top-notch!

I called and Grant answered the phone on the first try.  He came out and looked at what I wanted done and provided an itemized list with prices.  A few days later he sent 2 men to do the work.  They did an awesome job!  I will use this company whenever I need landscaping done.

Once all the grass was dead in the cold season, they didn't try to continue to make money - which was refreshing.  They really do a great job - truly a diamond in the rough in this business.

They do an excellent job. They are very prompt and reasonable.

Tony and his crew are great. They are always on time, do a great job, and complete the work when they say they will. Tony is very responsive and accommodating to my needs. He don't always use him to cut my lawn, I do it every once in a while when I have time, but when I need somebody in a hurry...he is always there to help out with no questions asked. If I were ever to let somebody take over my yard care full time, I wouldn't think about hiring anyone else other than Tony and his crew.

Tony was very responsive and easy to get a hold of to discuss any issues.  The price was quoted as XXXX but discounted down to XXXX with discount.  After the work was complete, Tony mentioned that not all the bushes were trimmed because they did not need trimming and he did not want ot stunt their growth so he knocked an additional $50 off the price.  Very professional and honest!

I called for an estimate on a Tuesday, received a very reasonable price quote for a double lawn aeration, and the work was done just 2 days later. Very happy with Diamond Lawn Care and will use them again.

Everything is looking really good so far. I thought their service was great. The owner was really easy to work with and followed up with us on everything. He continued to keep in communication with me about the status of the plants we had ordered. I thought his price was extremely reasonable. I had multiple quotes and his was by far the very best.

They came out quickly and did a great job cutting my lawn.  The crew was friendly.  My mower problem was resolved and I did not need assistance after that.  If I have mower problems again, or decided I do not wish to cut my own lawn I would call this company.

It was short term while my mower was being repaired.  The price wasn't bad.  The experience was excellent.  Tony is very responsive, he's the owner.  His billing was accurate, his crew was timely and thorough.

I asked them to take  out the two bushes below my window, and I called and told them I was having windows installed on the following Wednesday, so would like them removed before that.  They came out on Saturday, removed the bushes, and trimmed all the rest of my bushes.  Appreciated their seeing this was done before the window installation.  Scheduled them for weekly mowing, and they are my new lawn care company.  They do a great job.

We needed to have the job done before a specific time, and they were able to complete the job. It was a smaller business with just the owner and another person, and their quote was reasonable and comparable to a larger business that we had checked out. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

He is good. My only concern is that they don’t do lawn and landscaping edged. They just do trimming ad that’s my only complain. Tony, the owner is good to work with. I would use them in the future.

Diamond Lawn Care Inc Company is reliable. They are very reasonably priced. Jacob McLaughlin, the owner does a very good job in cutting, edging and mowing. He is a very nice person. He always has a smile on his face. He is always willing to do more. I would continue to use them in the future.

He does work for us consistently. He is wonderful. If he sees a special need, he will knock on the door and ask me if I want it taken care of. He is extremely polite and professional. It's a one-man operation, but he does an exceptional job. He is very reliable. His price is very good, as well.
