I CALLED DVC AND CONFIRMED THEY COULD DO THE WORK AND TO GET AN ESTIMATE. I BROUGHT IN MY OLD TAPE (WHICH WAS OLD REEL MOVIES TRANSFERRED ONTO BETA MANY YEARS AGO). IT TOOK ABOUT 3 DAYS (WHICH THEY ESTIMATED WHEN I DROPPED THE TAPE OFF), AND THEY CALLED THEN TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS DONE. TOTAL COST WAS $65, $50 FOR THE DVD AND $7.50 FOR EACH VHS. AS I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPARE TO, THE COST SEEMED REASONABLE. THE QUALITY WAS NOT SO GOOD, BUT THAT WAS DUE TO THE ORIGINAL QUALITY AND AGE OF THE TAPE. ALL IN ALL, VERY PROFESSIONAL, QUICK TURN AROUND, AND REASONABLE PRICE. WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN AND RECOMMEND.
