After removing our large living-room window he realized he ordered the wrong sized replacement. I would have expected him to check that before tearing out the existing window. He didn t show up when he was scheduled to and gave several excuses for why he wouldn t be coming to work. He wouldn t call and we had to call him several times to track him down. This was a huge inconvenience because we moved the window treatments & furniture so he could work & it put a hitch in the schedule I was trying to maintain for my baby. He left huge shards of glass on the floor as well as in my baby s bathtub. I actually stepped on a piece of glass in our bedroom & the stench he left behind was horrible. I had to air out the rooms after he was working in them. He rarely showed up when we expected him & on occasion he would show up unexpected, even though I asked him not to do that. I could go on an on, but there s only 1000 spaces to use.
