I've had my wedding band and engagement ring repaired here. I also had a gold cross repaired after another jeweler had a failed attempt. The owner has always been extremely friendly and knowledgable. He takes a lot of pride in his work and even showed me around the back of the store where he does all his work. I first lost a diamond in my wedding band which he replaced and another diamond in my engagement ring replaced. He did an excellent job finding a stone that matched the others and the one he replaced has a sturdier prong than what came with the ring. I just had a pull on a prong of my center diamond which I plan to take to him before I loose the stone. I see that another reviewer had some trouble with a watch which is unfortunate. But jewelry is his business and he does it well. I would have no problem recommending him.

The jeweler said it looked like the back of the watch had been bent and that he'd have to send it out for repair, but that I should have it back by June 12th. The cost was estimated to be no more than $25. On June 12th it was not ready, and the jeweler then told me that they send work out and receive it back in batches, that they hadn't received it back yet, and that I should call back in a couple of days. I called back in a couple of days and was told the same thing. In fact I called back numerous times over the next three weeks, each time being told the same thing. I eventually got my watch back --- 3 weeks after June 12th --- at a cost of $30.
