We have over 40 employees dedicated to serving your needs, whether you decide to drop off at our stores or have us come to you. We also offer multiple payment options including placing a credit card on file, receiving a monthly statement, or paying at the time of pick-up. we offer same day service. We are one of Indiana's largest textile restoration specialists, handling all textiles damaged due to fire, water, or mold insurance losses.

"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], Just to be clear for anyone seeing this review, we do not farm out anything except what you brought in - Leather and Suede. All other work we perform on site. Second, in terms of the turn around time, your jacket was back and ready for pickup 2 weeks exactly from the date of drop off. However, if was a full additional month before you came in to pick up the jacket. It was ready January 24th and you picked it up on February 21st. We do appreciate your business and always work hard to communicate and to satisfy the needs of the customer. We hope you will give us an opportunity to do that in the future. Thank you. Greg"
