THE 2 SERVICE MEN CALLED US BEFORE THEY CAME. THE DID SUCH A GOOD JOB OUR CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW! THEY CERTAINLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. WE RECOMMEND THEY HIGHLY.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEED TO INSTALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: SAID IT WOULD BE EASIER SINCE IT WAS A SMALL JOB. SO THEY MEASURED RIGHT AWAY, AND FIT US IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHEN THE CARPET CAME IN. DID JUST A FINE JOB. WE PLAN TO ASK LOWE'S FOR THEM NEXT TIME.

HE IS GREAT! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE CAME IN AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING, ALSO DID A GREAT CLEAN UP, EVEN OFFERED TO RETURN AND REPLACE THE METAL STRIPPING WITH A MORE EFFECTIVE PIECE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

FLOODED KITCHEN BY LEAVING ICEMAKER ON. SPLINTERED WOODWORK. LOST PART OF REFRIGERATOR DOOR SO DOOR CLOSED IMPROPERLY. THEY FOLDED AND CREASED VINYL CAUSING HACKING OT LAMINATE.

THEY REMOVED MY OLD FLOORING AND LAYED NEW. THE WORK IS ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL. THE NAME OF THE INSTALLER WAS KEVIN ROBERTS. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, WERE ON TIME, AND THE CLEANUP WAS ALSO GREAT.
