TIMELINESS WAS POOR AND THE JOB TOOK OVER TWO MONTHS LONGER THAN PLANNED. THEY NEVER PUT US AS A PRIORITY. HE HAS RENTAL PROPERTIES AND DOES SNOW REMOVAL. VERBAL ESTIMATE OF SUPERBOWL (2/04) NOT DONE AS OF 4/9/04. QUALITY WAS POOR, HAD TO REDO THE ENTIRE CEILING. HE WAS RELUCTANT TO SPEND THE TIME TO FIX PROBLEMS ONCE ADDRESSED. WE HAD TO REDO THE CARPET, ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT, HE WAS NOT HELPFUL IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. VERY UNCLEAN, DID NOT COVER THE FURNACE SO WE HAVE DUST THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THREW CIGARETTES IN OUR YARD AND TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS TO PICK THEM UP AFTER REQUESTED. HE ASKED FOR MONEY BEFORE COMPLETION ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WAS UPSET WHEN WE SAID NO. USES FRIENDS AND PEOPLE WHO OWE HIM MONEY AS SUB-CONTRACTORS NOT NECESSARILY THE BEST FOR THE JOB.
