Great service. From the time Mr. Decamp arrived at our condo he was fast, efficient and courteous.  The process was very quiet and left absolutely no lingering odor.  The carpets look great.

They are friendly, responded promptly to my messages, and performed
wonderful work.  The previous owner of my house had pets and there were
several stains on the already mediocre-quality carpet that was
installed.  I had the carpets cleaned by Decamp before moving in and
checked on the quality afterward.  They actually called and notified me
when the job was completed and we played a little phone tag, but they
always provided sufficient information in a voicemail.  When I returned
the call regarding the first job, I casually mentioned I was sorry some
of the stains didn't completely come out of the high-traffic areas.  To
be clear, I was not at all dissatisfied with their work - I was
disappointed that the carpet was in bad condition to begin with and
thought a good cleaning would do the trick.  To my surprise, Ben called
back and said he'd send someone out to re-do those areas (at no
additional charge)! I was shocked - he really wanted to make sure the
job was done.  I was there for the follow-up cleaning and he was very
friendly and did an excellent job, so I gave him a tip for coming out
again.
I moved away from Indianapolis in the fall of 2011 and
called upon Decamp to do a cleaning (the pet stains had started to
attract dirt over the last couple years).  Again, they did a wonderful
job and I would use them again if I were still there

They did a good job, as far as the work,  and their price was very reasonable.  My only problem was, they didn't respond to my initial e-mail request, and it took multiple phone calls before they finally did respond.  Didn't have this problem the first time I used them, so not sure what happened this time around?  
(Angie's List should include "maybe" in their choices of whether customer will use the company again, because, honestly, I'm not sure).

Theywere flexible with scheduling and did a really nice job.  I appreciated their professionalism and the quality of the work performed. Their price was much better than some competing companies, too.

The carpet was very badly damaged over the years, and realistically needs to be replaced.  I called DeCamp because they were referred to me by a friend.  Rich showed up on time, was very professional, and most importantly set the expectation.  Call me crazy, but I guess I just really appreciate it when a company doesn't overpromise and underdeliver.  The carpet looks much whiter and it's clean.  I would recommend them to anyone in need of honest and great work.

I'm trying to remember, but I believe it was Rich who came out. He was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. He did a great job and even brought in a deep-cleaning tool at the end for some trouble spots. One of them was an old coffee stain, and although it was still there later I was glad that it looked better and was brought more to the surface so I could keep treating it. Some other spots came back after it all dried, but honestly it was our own fault for leaving them to sit for so long and I don't expect miracles (we have a very light-colored carpet). Overall, Decamps did a great job and the price was excellent!

It was great! The came at a time that was best for us and made the house look great.

The overall result was not satisfactory at all. Perhaps I should have contacted Ben to have him come and see the results.

Overall it was a very positive experience. It did not begin that way but ultimately it turned out very well. The person I was told would be coming to give me a free estimate did not show so I finally phoned and learned that this person could not be reached. His brother, Rich, came out instead. I appreciated that someone came out so promptly after the initial no-show but it was much later than I had wanted it to be. Rich apologized for his brother and what happened. The only other problem was that I received my estimate on the back of a business card. Rich wrote what each room would cost to clean but did not total it up or include my Angie's discount. However, after receiving two more estimates, I hired this company because I could afford to have them clean my whole house. The others were much pricier. Also, this company has such a great Angie's rating. I was delighted that they were willing to come to my home the very next day after I called them back! Rich was back again to do the cleaning. He did a very careful, thorough job of each room and even went back over the stairs a second time (I did not request this--he did it on his own initiative). He got out most of the stains but was careful to point out to me the ones he wasn't as successful with, but they were much better than before anyway. I greatly appreciated his willingness to move furniture at my request and no extra charge. Most other companies aren't willing to do this. Rich was very friendly, courteous, and did a great job. We're very pleased with the results--clean carpets at last!

Tech actually called & was able to come earlier than scheduled. Hall carpet had some ground in dirt and stains, & tech advised he might not able to get it completely cleaned. However, I was surprised to see that he actually did! Very pleased to announce that, as others have noted, the whole carpet looked fantastic, almost new. Tech finished ahead of schedule, & was courteous & answered all questions throughout. One minor inconvenience: It did take a bit long for the floor to dry (about 8 hours), but they provide small plastic booties to wear while you wait. A small price to pay for the excellent end result -- literally, since what they charged was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again, & would recommend them to others also.

Everything went very well. Rich showed up right on time and went straight to work. He used an extra deodorizer on a room where we had had a pet accident, and everything smelled great when he was done. He did the cleaning in the early afternoon and the carpets were still a bit damp that evening, but everything was dry by morning. We were very pleased with the results.

TECH SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID NOT CALL BEFORE, LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WENT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY, SPOT CLEANING WHERE NEEDED. THIS IS A RENTAL PROPERTY SO THE CARPETS WERE PRETTY BAD. THE UPSTAIRS TURNED OUT REALLY GOOD, BUT ON THE MAIN FLOOR THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET THE BAD AREAS CLEAN, LIKE INFRONT OF WHERE THE SOFA HAD BEEN. ALSO ON SOME SPOTS I HAD TO ASK HIM TO WORK ON A LITTLE MORE AND THEY LOOKED BETTER. AREA BY THE FRONT DOOR SEEMED TO BE MISSED COMPLETELY BECAUSE WHEN I WIPED IT MYSELF THE SPOTS CAME UP. ALSO ALOT OF THE SPOTS RESURFACED AFTER THE CARPET DRIED. OVERALL I THINK THEY DID ABOUT AS GOOD AS THEY COULD, THE TECH TOOK HIS TIME AND WAS VERY PLEASANT.

It went great! They were willing to wait for my daughter to wake up from her nap before beginning.

Quickly and efficiently

Ben came out to our home in order to give us an accurate and fair estimate. His rates were VERY reasonable and we scheduled an appointment for the cleaning. Ben showed up on time and was extremely efficient with his work. He did a WONDERFUL job! Will definitely use Decamp's services again.

I called and left a message with a live person regarding an estimate for carpet cleaning in my home. I received a return call back with in an hour and a half from the owner of the company. I told him that I had a carpeted area that needed cleaning and we scheduled an appointment for a few days later. He showed up exactly when he said that he would, completed the job very efficiently and in a timely manor. He was a very nice guy and was very professional and easy to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will recommend this company to others and will use them in the future.

I will only be using Ben in the future and will be recommending him to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

DECAMPS IS GREAT! They gave me an estimate, showed up on time, went right to work, carpets looked great after they finished. Solid company and great job from start to finish. I will definately be using these guys for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

I called DeCamp's and Ben got back with me and we scheduled an appointment. He came out and we walked through the stains that were there on the carpet and he told me if he couldn't get them out no one could. He did a great job and was able to get up just about everything except for some of the marker where my toddler colored the floor.

Mr. DeCamp was prompt and very easy to work with as I had to move the first appointment to another day. He gave me a ballpark figure over the phone and the final cost was less. Our carpet looks great, the product he used had no lingering after odor and he was a very pleasant gentleman during the entire process.
