THE COST GIVEN IS FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE POND AND INSTALLATION OF THE FIRE PIT. HE DOES GOOD WORK. WE ANTICIPATE USING HIM IN THE FUTURE. HE DOES A LOT OF WORK IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. HE IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST AT REMEMBERING TO FOLLOW UP OR INVOICE. SO I WOULD GIVE HIM A B+.
