The installer damaged our home and chimney cap. I had to make repeated phone calls for the service department to acknowledge. They did eventually come take a look, but when we didn't hear anything from them for a while, we had some of the damage fixed by someone else. There is still some minor damage, but I don't want them to come back. The salesman was supportive seemed to try to help, but said it was out of his hands.

We had some difficulty with the product but their responsiveness was outstanding. I don't know what else they may sell or service but my experience was very good.

WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEY WERE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS TWO WEEKS OUT. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT. BESIDES TWO WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, THEIR BUSIEST TIME OF THE YEAR. WHILE THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE IT WAS NICE OF HIM TO GIVE ME ADDITIONAL TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CARE OF OUR FIREPLACE.
