De was, without a doubt, the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She kept us informed, staged our home at no extra cost, sold our home in less than 24 hours, and walked us through the building and purchase of a new home. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing real estate services.

De kept the process going.  Any hick-ups with inspectors, mortgage companies, title companies or whatever, she always gets involved and makes sure her clients are protected.  Her pricing is competitive with other realtors, but when I compare how much more she gets involved, she more than earns her commissions.  I will continue to use De in the future.

My home for sale sold in 7 days and I found a new home in about a week.  De determined a listing price that I think was the right amount and a strategy for listing.  I initially thought that the price was a little low but she provided comprehensive comparisons with 6 homes in my neighborhood that convinced me it was the right price.  I am completely satisfied with what I sold for.  The other agent I met with did not come close to the level of detail and suggested a listing price that was way too high.  She staged my home and used a photographer that took professional pictures and made my place look better than I could have imagined.  Overall the listing looked great.  She also provided a lot of advice dealing with the results of home inspection.

I found a home in about a week of looking.  I only looked at 4 homes and found the one I wanted the day it was listed.  There were other offers on the home and De helped me make move quickly and make an offer that got it without spending too much.  This took a lot of work on her part and dealing with the listing agent who was difficult.  The sale was not in writing until about 10:00 pm and she worked a lot of hours to get it done.  She also, recommended a mortgage company title company that helped me get financing and complete both closings on the same day.

De is very honest and frank when it came to providing advice that helped me set my expectations on what I could sell for and the type of home I could find in the price range I was looking.  I think a lot of agents will tell a person what they want to hear instead of being realistic which could result in a home sitting on the market for a long time and a buyer looking forever.

Overall it went exceptionall well.  she is honest, punctual, communicates very well and available when needed.

De was honest and very helpful with our home search. She wasn't just trying to make a sale. She was honest with us, even gave her honest opinions on the house we looked at. Purchasing a home, especially for first time home buyers was very nerve racking, but she made it more exciting! There isn't anything I wish was different because I didn't know what to expect. De made us feel like we weren't just a paycheck. She was very informative, listened to our needs, and found what we wanted and still offers to help us even though we closed on the home!

Exceptional service. I have sold a number of homes and De is by far the best. In addition to the typical marketing realtors perform, De went above and beyond what one expects. She and her new partner Ashley Johnson staged my home with many of their own possessions. She then arranged for professional photos to be taken. With each showing she provided immediate and detailed feedback. She and Ashley remained in frequent contact throughout the whole process up to and including closing.

We used De Redman to sell our home in September 2013, we were so pleased with our experience we used her again in May 2014 to purchase another one. We found De to be honest, professional and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. At the beginning of each transaction, she walked us through what to expect and was extremely accurate. She kept us informed throughout the process with email and verbal updates and responded to any questions promptly. Overall we were VERY pleased with the services we received and would not think of using any other realtor. De is AWESOME and we would absolutely recommend her!

De Redman has an in depth and thorough knowledge of the real estate business. I was so impressed with how well she understood what I wanted, used her resources well and found the right home for me.
