Diana Bryant is my general contractor for the kitchen. I started working with her probably in the middle of August and construction started  the second week in September. Truly I can't say enough wonderful things of her service. The quality was superb. She hired wonderful subcontractors. She worked with them so that the kitchen basically came off like clock work. She helped work out any issues that there were with the set. She ordered and measured the cupboard. She was wonderful, very easy to work with and to get a hold off. I think she was just on the job at least everyday. She had a good eye for some details on the kitchen since she is also a decorator.

Diana had our kitchen plans and mock up board completed and approved in early Dec.2012.We selected with her help the appliances and had them ordered in December. She ordered the cabinets at that point knowing it would take about 90 days to come in. She had a start date of April 1. Everyone of the subs had specific dates booked by early January for their jobs in April. She would not demo the kitchen until she saw and approved the cabinets. (My friends builder demolished her kitchen and the cabinets were not even ordered. She was without a kitchen for nearly 6 months)The work began april 1 as scheduled and completed in 22 working days! And absolutly no short cuts. She was present for each of the entire work day.Our house is 36 years old and possibly full olf surprises that she could and did address at the time.There was not one wall or floor  that was level. Great pains were taked to make sure the cabinets were plumb and level.She is a fabulous designer as well as a contractor.High quality subs,and supplies, Very top notch.
 She designed and built a master suite for us 2 years on the main floor. Once again spectacular in everyway.
I have recommended her to a friend  for a redo kitchen in a downtown condo..

DIANA WAS GREAT! SHE QUOTED THE JOB ON 4/12, SHOWED ME PHOTOS OF SIMILAR WORK PERFORMED BY HER, OFFERED REFERENCES, ETC... WE SCHEDULED A WORK START DATE OF 4/21 AND JOB WAS COMPLETED BY NOON ON 4/22. SHE WAS PUNCTUAL, CLEAN, NEAT, DID A FANTASTIC JOB! I AM 100% SATISFIED AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! YOU CAN BET I'LL BE CALLING YOU AGAIN! THANKS DIANA!!
