I WAS TOLD THEY WERE BONDED AND INSURED ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS. THEY BROKE ITEMS AND NEVER REPLACED THEM, AND THEY SET OFF OUR HOME ALARM.

WITHIN THE PERIOD OF A YEAR THEY BROKE 4 ITEMS WHICH THEY PROMISED TO REPLACE AND DID NOT.
