Dave and his helper where here right on time and took care of our needs in a timely manner.

David always does a fantastic job. He replaced a couple of pieces of siding and some shingles for me. The job looks great! His company is always fast and efficient. I highly recommend using him.

David Schulz and his assistant constructed and installed a wood handrail next to steps on a sidewalk. They did a good job of putting it together and installing it in cement. David also sanded the sharp edges on the rail, which I appreciated. It's solid and sturdy and should last a long time, and it looks nice. David had done a siding repair job a few days before and I had told him about my need for the handrail. It was not a rush job but he scheduled the work just a few days after the siding repair. He is always quick to respond to calls and is easy to communicate with. He has helped me in the past with other repairs, including door locks and handles and a sticking door. He's reliable and knowledgeable.

It was excellent, it was done with a lot of care and it was just really good.

Arrived on time and worked without delay. David had two helpers. I've used him exclusively for the past seven years because he is fair, honest and reasonable.

David and his team got my in-laws house move-in-ready before selling it. He and his team, along with other colleague professionals did an excellent job and added much value to the house. I have used David and his team at my house to put in new doors, new blinds, and other odd jobs around the house. No job was too big or too small for him and his crew.

David Schulz has been my "go to" guy for the last seven years for anything home improvement or home repair related. He has been able to handle everything I send his way. Always on time, always does high quality work, always has fair pricing & he's just a good all around guy. Most recently, Dave and his crew replaced an overhead garage door for me. As always, the work was completed on-time, professionally & for a fair price. Thanks for all your help, Dave!!! Much appreciated.

Son did all the work while Dad coached from seated position - at times in another room. He had a crutch and seamed in pain. He used extremely foul language, cursed loudly at his son, and told me a suggestive story about a gorgeous woman in a tampon commercial. I did not feel safe. I just wanted the older man to leave. I paid what they asked but my toilet was not fixed. The son slopped mud on the wall where the tv bracket had been. I think they charged around $170.

From beginning to end, pretty much everything exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout all the various projects David, Tyson, and Brandon performed. Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, it was a good experience.

David was very specific with his questions before he ever started to work (initial phone call, wanted to know what it looked like under the sink so he could determine what to suggest for faucets, recommended 3 places to go for faucets, etc). He and his son showed up on time and stayed until the work was almost completed - we have a house with old fixtures and it took a long time to change over to new ones. They came back the next morning and finished up at no additional charge. It's been 2 weeks and everything is running smoothly.

All of the work was done on time a with great care. In fact Dave greatly improved my garage door by reinforcing the support beams for the door, which was not done by the guy who installed the first door.

The work went very well. David called me back the same day I left a message. Ha came out the next day to give us an estimate. We accepted the estimate and he scheduled the work for the following week. He purchased the supplies needed and performed the work over a two day period. He had two assistants. He left the work areas clean and tidy and took any debris with him.

We first hired Dave to assemble a standup desk. He did a great job, and we hired him again to hang kayak racks in our garage and repair a cracked garage door frame. Dave is knowledgeable, professional and charges a fair price. We will definitely hire him again for future projects.

It was very good. He was involved with the work. He exceeded my expectations. He worked side by side by with his crew. Everything he said came true. He finished the work in the time frame.I would recommend to everyone who needed handymen. I was sure he would accomplised it. He was skilled for home repairs.His prices was affordable.

Dave and his assistant were hardworking and earnest. They were working on it from 8:00am to noon. I believe they did the best they could, but the quality is poor. I initially thought I would do the work myself, but thought I would hire someone for a professional job and not a DIY version. I spent $500 for a job that's really poor quality. I get the sense they knew it as well as they didn't even ask if I was happy with the work before they left, just handed me an invoice, took the check and left. They tore out the threshold and replaced it with carpet transitions and they attached door sweeps into both sides of the door in order to "seal" it up. They left a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gaps at the bottom of the door. The bottom of the door opening after removing the threshold isn't level, but I was able to purchase a new threshold, level it, and attach it to better seal the door. But if I remove the sweeps I now holes in the steel door that I need to patch some how. The deadbolt hardware was left loose as well. Hanging doors can be tricky and I think these guys were in over their heads on this one. I would go a different direction moving forward.

David answered the phone when I called and we scheduled a time for the work. He and his assistant did excellent work as the doors had to be trimmed to fit the door frames. They were very efficient and I would definitely use again.

David and his team are outstanding. Good communicator, very reasonable pricing, and someone you can trust. We have used David for a number of home improvement projects and have always been impressed with the quality of his work.

Just like Mary Poppins -- "Practically Perfect in Every Way" or better said "Perfect in Every Way."

Great, he was prompt, helpful, and the finished work is fine.

Great Work

It was excellent. It was a two days job. They were very much in time. They were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and they did it. I would recommend and use them again.
