I called him and left a message he called me right back i told him what i needed done. He came by the next day to look at the work it was just a few small jobs from the inspection that the buyer wanted fixed. He came out the next week on time and got the work done quickly for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM

Dave was very responsive and set an appointment to come to the house. He made his suggestions and took my ideas. Put together an estimate and what he thought the house would need. His estimate was very good for the work he did at the house and for the picking up the new toilet, bars and wood he would need for supports on the grab bars outside, and what it would take for the bars in the bathroom. He was here two days, and built the back steps over the existing concrete steps, making three steps out of two. The next day he brought a helper, removed the old toilet and replaced it with the new one he picked up for us, and installed it and three grab bars in the bathroom. Very efficient, very easy to work with and everything was done to perfection!  I would certainly use him again.

We always ask him to come back because he does great work. Everything always works well. He gave us an excellent price on the windows and doors. He was able to beat the price of the big stores. He also does very good construction work.

He's fabulous. He called me back very promptly, he said he could do the project. He came right out, and the work was done wonderfully. His assistant cleaned up so well. We offered to pay him more for additional services he'd performed, but he wouldn't take it. He came in the next day to check on a toilet, and refused additional money again. He's our hero.

The bathroom was very dated and functional at best. The new bathroom is clean, the fixtures are prefect for the size of our bathroom. There are no leaks, no drafts, two electrical outlets and updated lighting. Our bathroom looks like it belongs in a brand new home. The shower and floor tile are pristine. The work was done ahead of schedule, and we felt like we were their top priority. This project was a very dusty and dirty job, yet everyday before leaving Dave and Ron left our house as clean as when they got there.

He did an excellent job. He was quick and was a hard worker. The price was fair and he cleaned up after himself. I was able to use the room immediately after he was done. He doesn't do flooring, but recommended a provider and they did an excellent job.

He is excellent! He is reputable, honest, and did high quality work. I was very pleased with my experience and have recommended him to several friends.
