It was good. They showed you a bunch of houses to look at and wasn't make it a big rush to get me the house.

They did everything from finding list of the house to showing house to helping with the purchasing and getting all the documents in order. They did an awesome job. Even after we are done buying a house through them, they try to stay connected with us. They do events for the people who have purchased or sold houses through them. It is a yearly event jut meet and greet. They throw a Christmas party. They loan a moving truck. They are pretty nice.

This team made my experience as stress-free as possible! If you've tried buying or selling a house recently, you'd know that stress-free is pretty much impossible to obtain. They warned me about the frequent delays with Chase in regards to financing. I was hoping we'd prove them wrong, and I didn't. However, members of the team pushed and prodded and made sure that we closed on the date we set. They really had to work hard for this! We were scheduled to close at 1pm, and we ended up being at the title company until 8pm. The realtor had to make alternative child care arrangements, and the office stayed open until it was all finished. I am so impressed with the treatment I received! I am certainly not a and quot;VIP clientand quot; or a and quot;high-profileand quot; customer. The house I bought was quite modestly priced, but I felt they worked just as h****** my behalf as they would have a prestigious account.

We listed our house with David Brenton's Team and received several showings and an offer in the first week! While we could not come to terms on the price they were offering, it was encouraging to see an offer so soon with the housing market the way it is. We received another off just four weeks later and are scheduled to close on our home in just a few short weeks. Sherry at David's office has been very responsive and helpful.
