DAVE'S TREE SERVICE

He quoted the price and said that 2 guys would work for 2 hours. After 1 hour he demanded his money and I don't know why but I gave it to him and I said I thought you would work for 2 hours and his anwer was, "well it would take most people 2 hours but I'm so good at doing it it only takes me 1 hour." And he said the tree needed to be trimmed so it wouldn't blow down and a few months later it blew down. But we used Ping tree service to remove it after it blew down.

DAVE AND HIS CREW--WHICH WAS HIS TEAM AS WELL AS A FRIEND'S TEAM--QUICKLY REMOVED THE TREE. THE CUT IT DOWN, RAKED THE YARD, CHIPPED IT INTO THEIR OWN TRUCK, AND SWEPT THE STREET. IT DID TAKE HIM SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO SET UP A TIME TO COME OUT, AND HE DIDN'T SHOW UP ON THE FIRST ARRANGED DATE. AS THEY PREPARED TO LEAVE, HE LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WOULD RETURN IN THREE OR FOUR DAYS TO GRIND OUT THE STUMP. HE SAID THEY HAD SEVERAL TO DO IN THE AREA AND WOULD DO THEM ALL AT ONE TIME. HE NEVER RETURNED. A FEW WEEKS LATER, I CALLED HIM. HE SAID HE FORGOT AND PROMISED TO COME AT THE BEGINNING OF THE NEXT WEEK. HE DID NOT SHOW UP. I CALLED AGAIN AND FORCED HIM TO PROMISE ME A DAY THAT HE WOULD RETURN. HE SAID HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE ON THE COMING SUNDAY. HE DID NOT SHOW UP. OVERALL, I WAS HAPPY WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE TREE, BUT HIS COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE AWFUL AND HE DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH FINISHING THE WORK.
