Bill Downs was professional, extremely through, and very competitively priced. He has previously painted the exterior and interior of our house and we will use him again. Even when he was stung by 5 yellow jackets making a home in our siding, he never slowed down. He completely and meticously calked all the seams and woodpecker holes, scraped and prepared the surfaces. Additionally he carefully painted all the windows and trim.

The job was done very well and finished earlier than the timeframe we had discussed. The edging looked great all around, a really good job. Any holes (from pictures, mirrors, etc) that we were planning on no longer using were perfectly filled in...and any holes we wanted to remain were left alone. All in all, it was a great experience and we are really pleased with the results. I will be recommending this company to all my friends.

He is very neat, polite, personable and the price was very reasonable. He is an all around nice guy. I am going to call him when I get into my new place. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He did not charge me travel time and he came to Zionsville from Greenwood. He was very reliable, punctual and neat, he did not even need to put down tarps.
