We met Dana at an Open House for another property. We were immediately impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail she exhibited in our conversation. We had recently "fired" an agent who had been working with us in the capacity of "buyers agent." While the gentlemen we'd been working with was effective at opening doors and running comps, he wasn't able to fully appreciate what we were looking for, nor fully understood our expectations of him no matter how much we tried to express ourselves.
Since hiring Dana, we have come to trust her instincts and advice. She doesn't waste our time with properties she knows won't suit our needs or wants. She's also a good listener. While, we still have not located the "perfect home" for us, when/if the right house comes on the market, we feel confident she will be able to assist us with all the aspects of buying a home. We also intend to employ her skills in helping us to sell our existing home.
