Dan Brinkman

Wonderful! Dan had great ideas for customizing our attic space and listened to our ideas as well. He worked efficiently and was very communicative during the whole process.

Everything went very well. Mr. Brinkman was innovating in several issues that I needed done.

He was easy to work with and did a nice job of cleaning up after himself when the task was completed. Had one job that he wanted to tap someone with more knowledge. He did, brought the person in to take a look at it and help him. The job got done and all was fine. I appreciated his willingness to do that, gave me confidence in him and his judgment.

Dan did a great job on the cabinet. He does carefully follow the old and quot;Measure twice, cut onceand quot; rule. The job required cutting a countertop, shelf and hanging rod down to make room for the cabinet. It also required cutting and gluing large (84and quot; by 24and quot;) finishing panels. My wife loves her new cabinet. As for the hanging racks, I thought Dan was very professional and efficient.

I wanted to put an attic area in over my garage. I did not feel comfortable installing the ladder myself, so I bought an extra-wide ladder to fit my larger boxes and had Dan install it. I had 4 handymen come to give an estimate, and his price was the best. He was able to fit my job in within a few days of calling to setup an appointment. He did a good job installing the ladder and gave me some advice on how to best install the floor in my new attic as well. He made sure to clean any mess he made. He was very knowledgeable about construction, and I would not hesitate to use him again for other jobs.

He has done a lot of handywork around the house. He even did pressure washing and painting for us. He does everything that a person could want except electrician work. I like him as a person because he is honest and very quiet. He just does his work very thoroughly. His prices are good.

He's very reliable and does very good work. He also does electrical and carpentry, he's a jack of all trades.

The work was excellent. It took about a year and a half and he was in and out the entire time. I would definitely recommend him. He's wonderful and trustworthy and he did everything from patio outside to everything on the inside. He basically rebuilt our entire house.

I think they he is very knowledgeable, and persistent in finding out what the problem is. Rather than just being satisfied, he is particular in finding out what is causing the problem . I found him to be exact in his workmanship.

His wife is an Interior Designer. Her company is Design Work and she is also on Angie's List. She has helped throughout the whole process with picking out the hardwood floors, stone and paint. They are wonderful! They are very trustworthy and I am comfortable leaving them in my home while I am not there.

Dan was very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. We were gone the whole month and turned the key over to him and never worried. His work was excellent and he was very easy to work with. I definitely would and will use him again.

The refinishing of our basement went excellently! Dan is someone whom I would absolutely refer for any contracting job. He is reliable, dependable and responsible. I felt completely safe with him in our home. His work is meticulous and completed exactly how I wanted it done. I've already told Dan that when we build our second home, I want him to help us with this project. You cannot go wrong with Dan. He has had years of experience working on fine homes and provides more service for the money. I would highly recommend him!

Dan, who is also a general contractor, has done small jobs like this last one to changing our kitchen counter tops and painting/wall papering the inside of house. He is trustworthy, professional, punctual and very fair price wise. Also, saved us from roof leakage by coming within a few hours of problem.
