We've used Dale Meyer over the years for a variety of computer issues.  He's personable, reasonably priced, and takes issues out of computer issues.  Because of other issues for a while,  he wasn't able to respond to what we needed.  But, he's back and we really appreciate his willingness to help out.  He comes out to the house and always responds promptly with my email or phone questions.

Dale arrived right on time and set to work on the laptop.  He made sure he understood the problems I was having and then I let him make the neccessary optimizations.  He is very reliable and totally trustworthy (which is important with the personal information we have on computers).

The date on that work goes back several years, but I couldn't find invoice for work done after that for minor issues.  He usually has to come out maybe once a year for some computer issue.  I don't have his current charges, but I suspect they are very reasonable.  Dale is my "main man" to go to with computer issues.  If you're halfway computer literate, he's great to try to help over the phone instead of charging for a trip to come out.  I sometimes email with an issue and he's very prompt in getting back to me.  I totally trust him in what he does and also to be in our home.  We have to hesitancy to leave him here to work on our computer.  We just don't consider anyone else for computer issues.

Wonderful! Dale came to our house and got everything set up very quickly. It is great to rely on a reliable service-provider with something as complicated (at least to us) as a computer network.

I have used Dale for a number of computer probvlems. He is prompt, does good work and his fees are reasonable.

I contacted Dale with questions about servicing some donated computers and preparing them to ship to Colombia. Dale donated his time and expertise to my daughter's Girl Scout troop for this service project. He cleaned up the computers, made sure everything was in working order and updated software where needed. When we were discussing monitors, he suggested flat panel to cut down on the shipping costs. He searched out a great deal then purchased them for the troop. When the computer systems were ready, Dale and his wife even provided me with an assortment of boxes and shipping materials. My daughter's troop was able to ship the computers along with school suppilies to the students at 2 schools in the mountains of Colombia. We recently recieved pictures of the students using their "new" computer systems. I can't thank Dale enough for going above and beyond!

We have used Dale for 8 years and his service is always excellent. He is responsive and a good communicator. For this type of work it is important to use a person of high integrity and we completely trust Dale.

DALE WAS VERY HONEST AND OPEN ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HOW TO REPAIR IT. ONE COMPUTER COULD NOT BE REPAIRED AND HE ONLY CHARGED A MINIMAL. WILL CONTINUE TO CALL HIM.

MY SON GOT INTO A SITE WITH LOTS OF POP UPS THAT WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RID OF AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET RID OF EVERYTHING AND CLEANED IT UP. HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME WHEN I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS. HE JUST GAVE GOOD ADVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. HE ALSO WILL PICK UP YOUR COMPUTER. THE PRICE GIVEN IS PER HOUR.

HE WORKS OUT OF HIS HOUSE, SO YOU EITHER HAVE TO DROP STUFF OFF TO HIM OR HE HAS TO COME PICK IT UP, HE DOESN'T HAVE A STORE.

HE HELPED ME OVER THE PHONE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.

COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, WE FOUND HIM TO BE TRUSTWORTHY, CLEAN, NOT A SLOB, HE DRESSED CASUAL, BUT NOT PROFESSIONAL CASUAL.

HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROBABLY SPENT MORE TIME THAN HE BILLED US FOR. I'D RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

DALE MEYER CAME IN MY HOME TO CLEAN UP MY COMPUTER AND SET UP DSL. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS NOT PARTICULARLY FAMILIAR WITH OUR SOFTWARE, HE WAS VERY FAIR IN HIS PRICING. HE ENDED UP GIVING US A FLAT RATE, INSTEAD OF HOURLY. HE IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

WHEN THE PROBLEM PROVED UNEXPECTEDLY DIFFICULT TO FIX, HE TOOK THE COMPUTER WITH HIM AND WORKED ON IT FOR A WEEK, BUT NEVER CHARGED ME MORE THAN HIS INITIAL ESTIMATE. LATER, AFTER RETURNING MY COMPUTER TO ME, HE PATIENTLY HELPED ME VIA PHONE WHEN I HAD TROUBLE REINSTALLING SOME SOFTWARE. HE WAS A GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.
